Objective:To compare the protective effect of 0.9%sodium chloride solution and MAP solution on the recovery of autologous red blood cells in vivo in order to provide more theoretical and practical basis for clinical work.Methods:Patients eligible for enrollment were randomly divided into non-operational autologous blood recovery group(non-IBS)(group C)and intraoperative autologous blood group,and were again divided into MAP solution washing group(group M)and normal saline according to different cleaning solutions Wash group(group N).Enrolled patients had perfect preoperative preparations and strictly abstained from drinking and fasting.After the surgical patient enters the operating room,vital signs are monitored,peripheral pathways are established,and intubation is induced by conventional anesthesia.Intravenous inhalation combined to maintain anesthesia.Intraoperative autologous blood recovery method:The MAP solution washing group and the normal saline washing group used the Cell Saver Elite autologous blood recovery/separation machine(Haemonetics,USA)kit for intraoperative autologous blood recovery.Non-IBS group did not return autologous blood.Three groups of patients were collected with peripheral heparin lithium before the operation(T0),washed concentrated red blood cells(T1),after the operation(T2),and 24hours(T3)and 72 hours(T4)after the operation.The ATP content,SOD activity,MDA content,and GR content of red blood cells were measured.Blood cell counts and Hb levels were measured,and blood transfusion,renal function,electrolytes,serious complications,and length of hospital stay were measured.Results:1.At T1 time point,ATP in Group M was significantly higher than that in group N(p<0.05),and at T2 time point,ATP in Group C was significantly higher than that in group M and group N(p<0.05),there was no significant difference between group M and group N(p>0.05).There was no significant difference among the three groups at time points of T0,T3 and T4(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in ATP between the three groups at T0,T2,T3 and T4 time points(p>0.05).2.SOD in group M was significantly higher than that in group N at time point T1(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the three groups at time points T0,T2,T3 and T4(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in SOD among the three groups at time points of T0,T2,T3 and T4(p>0.05).3.The GR content in n group was significantly lower than that in c group at T3 time point(p<0.05),while the GR content in T0,T2 and T4time points was not significantly different(p>0.05)There was no significant difference in GR between N Group and M group at T1 time point(p>0.05),and there was no significant difference in GR content among three groups at T0,T2,T3 and T4 time point group(p>0.05).4.There was no significant difference in MDA among the three groups at time points of T0,T2,T3 and T4(p>0.05).5.The Hb and RBC in T2,T3 and T4 group was lower than that in T0 Group(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in T2,T3and T4 group(p>0.05).There was no significant difference among the three groups(p>0.05).6.The level of Na+in M group was higher than that in C group at T2time point(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference between T0and T3 time point(p>0.05).The level of Na+in Group C was significantly lower than that in group T0 at T2(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the level of Na+in Group N and Group M at T0,T2 and T3(p>0.05).7.The level of Cl-at T2 time point was significantly higher than that at T0 and T3 time point(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between T3 and T0 time point group(p>0.05).The level of Cl-in group M was higher than that in Group C at time point T0(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the three groups at time point T2 and T3(p>0.05).8.The level of Ca2+at T0 time point was higher than that at T2 and T3 time point,and the level of Ca2+at T3 time point was higher than that at T2 time point(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the three groups at T0,T2 and T3 time points(p>0.05).9.The serum albumin level at T3 time point was lower than that at T0 time point(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two time points of Alanine transaminase,aspartate transaminase,indirect Bilirubin,urea and creatinine(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in T0 and T3 time points among the three groups(p>0.05).Conclusions:1.MAP solution as a washing liquid can supply cells energy.2.MAP solution may reduce oxidative stress damage.
