Objective:To explore the influence of parenting style, emotional regulation, cognitive function attitude and psychological flexibility on cognitive bias in depressed patients. To explore the effect of the above factors on cognitive bias of patients with depression, and whether the cognitive bias of patients with depression changes before and after treatment, and to emphasize the importance of cognitive bias of patients with depression,in order to carry out targeted cognitive correction treatment,so as to improve and correct cognitive bias of patients with depression.Methods:160 patients with were enrolled in the The Second Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College from August 2018 to February 2019,including a half monophasic depression and half bipolar depression. The participants used the general situation questionnaire, cognitive bias scale(CBQ),dysfunctional attitude questionnaire(DAS),Becker depression self-assessment scale-II(BDI-II),Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),parenting style evaluation scale(EMBU),Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. After 8 weeks follow-up,BDI-II and CBQ questionnaire were used to collect the data again, and the changes of depression level and cognitive bias were analyzed and compared before and after treatment.Using SPSS 20.0 software to analyze the data.Results:1.The average age of first onset of bipolar depression was lower than that of single-phase depression(P<0.05).2.The number of inpatients and married patients with bipolar depression were more than those with unipolar depression(P<0.05).3.There was a significant difference in the course of single-phase depression and bipolar depression(Χ~2=27.8,P<0.05).58.3%of the patients with single-phase depression and bipolar depression had a course of less than 5 years, but most of the patients with bipolar depression concentrated in 6-10 years.4.There were significant differences in the parenting styles among MF4,FF2 and FF4(P<0.05).5.Patients with bipolar depression use more negative emotion regulation than those with unipolar depression(t=25.693,P=0.044).6.There was a positive correlation between cognitive bias and BDI(r=0.243,P=0.037),and a negative correlation between cognitive bias and positive emotional regulation, negative parenting style(r=-0.681,P=0.015).7.There was a positive correlation between the cognitive bias and the score of negative cognitive emotion regulation(r=0.911,P=0.000),and a negative correlation between the cognitive bias and the score of positive cognitive emotion regulation, positive parenting style(P<0.05).8.The mediating effect shows that resilience, strength, optimism and depression level of the patients all play a part of mediating role in cognitive biases, accounting for 57.3%,43.01%and 20%of the total effect, respectively;Psychological resilience played a part in mediating the positive, negative and cognitive biases of depression patients, accounting for 8.45%and 48.4%of the total effect;Positive and negative emotion regulation had partial mediating effect on depression level and cognitive bias of patients, with mediating effect of 55.18%and 86.14%respectively;positive emotion regulation had partial mediating effect on attitude and cognitive bias of patients with depression, with mediating effect accounting for 14.24%of the total effect.9.The cognitive bias of patients with depression before and after treatment was different, and the level of cognitive bias after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.(t=4.018,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The cognitive bias of unipolar depression was higher than that of bipolar depression.2.The cognitive bias of the patients with unipolar and bipolar depression was related to their parents’rearing and emotional regulation.3.Psychological resilience plays a part of mediating role in the parenting style, depression level, emotion regulation and cognitive bias of the patients.4.After treatment, the level of depression and cognitive bias were significantly improved. This study provides support for us to comprehensively evaluate the severity of depression and the influencing factors of cognitive bias.
