Clinical Efficacy And Immunological Analysis Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Probiotics In The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with probiotics on patients with hyperlipidemia qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore the improvement of blood lipid and immunological related indexes in patients with hyperlipidemia.To provide new ideas and methods for improving the clinical efficacy of hyperlipidemia patients by regulating the immune function of the body.Method:In this study,60 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into control group and 30 patients in experimental group by random digital table method.The control group was treated with resuvastatin calcium tablets and hypolipidemic therapy.The combined treatment group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction+bifidobacterium tetralogy live bacteria tablet+compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablet for hypolipidemic treatment.Fasting peripheral blood was taken before and after treatment in the two groups.Detection of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,liver and kidney function by routine biochemical analysis;Lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometric analysis:CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,CD8+CD28+T cells,γδT cells,Treg cells,NK cells、B cells,etc.Protein-specific assay:IgM,IgA,IgG,IgE,complement C3,complement C4.The results of all data are entered into the Excel and the database is established,and the SPSS 19.0 statistical software is used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Two groups were compared in terms of sex,age,and past history,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Blood lipid index comparison:the TC、TG、LDL-C difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the HDL-C difference was not statistically significant(0.05).The difference between the two groups after treatment TC、LDL-C after t test was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment TG after t test(P>0.05).3.Comparison of the detection results of lymphocyte subsets:the CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells,NK cells and γδT cells difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was not statistically significant(P<0.05);There was significant difference between CD8+T cells,CD8+CD28+T cells,Treg cells and B cells in combined treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between CD8+T cells,CD8+CD28+T cells and B cells in the control group(P>0.05).4.Results of immunoglobulin and complement indicators:There was no significant difference between the two groups IgA、IgM、IgE、complement C3 before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between IgG and complement C4 treatment in combined treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between IgG and complement C4 in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction and probiotics to regulate the blood lipid level of patients with hyperlipidemia qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is better than the clinical routine application of statins in western medicine,and no obvious toxic side effects have been found.2.Combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction and probiotics treatment can relieve hyperlipidemia in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Reducing inflammation caused by Th1 immune response may be one of the mechanisms to reduce blood lipid TC、TG and LDL-C by improving immunosuppressive function.IgG kinds of antibodies and serum lipid protein antigen form immune complex in blood lipid clearance may also play a role.The mechanism related to immunity needs to be further studied.
