With the rapid development of automatic control and computer technology,the application field of automation equipment has also been widely expanded.In addition to the application of automation technology in the traditional industrial field,it has also been applied on a large scale in popular fields such as science,education,culture and health.Especially in the field of medical image detection,automated medical equipment based on machine vision technology reduces the work intensity of medical inspectors to a certain extent.However,in the field of material preparation for medical image detection,in the field of cytology specimen preparation,the existing automated specimen preparation equipment lacks the stability of staining quality due to the lack of a reasonable staining evaluation system.Therefore,it is urgent to design and develop an automatic staining system for cytology specimens with a staining quality evaluation system.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly studies the automatic staining system of cytology specimens based on machine vision technology.Unlike traditional medical staining machines,this study introduces robot arm technology and machine vision feedback links to improve the staining effect of the automatic staining system.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of lack of staining quality evaluation system in the automatic staining system,according to the different types of staining defects of cytology specimens,an intelligent counterstaining algorithm based on coloring effect,a staining uniformity analysis algorithm based on staining uniformity An algorithm for comparing the accuracy of the location of the cell mass at the staining location.The algorithm can stabilize the staining quality to a certain extent,reduce the waste film rate,and provide a reliable material basis for the machine vision automatic reading system.(2)Aiming at the problem of inaccurate glass stacking due to human negligence during material preparation before staining,a blank medical glass stacking correction algorithm based on machine vision was proposed,and a slide inverting mechanism and a mechanical arm were designed to achieve Correction of slide placement.The algorithm provides a guarantee for the smooth progress of the follow-up work to a certain extent.(3)In view of the possible damage to the operator by the chemical liquid in the medical staining process and the contamination of the specimen samples by the operator,the robot arm technology is introduced,and the material is handled through the robot arm with the end clamp and the I / O expansion board 3.Start and stop control of equipment.The system can reduce the workload of the operator to a certain extent,and reduce the possibility of personnel being infringed and specimen samples being contaminated.The automatic staining system for cytology specimens based on machine vision constructed in this paper is an overall design with slide correction,intelligent counterstaining function and staining quality evaluation system,which helps to improve the stability of staining quality of cytology specimens To reduce the waste film rate,it has certain practical significance in the field of upgrading and reforming of medical staining machines.
