Objective: The effect of allogeneic iliac bone mass in anterior intervertebral bone graft fusion of cervical tuberculosis was evaluated by comparison with autologous iliac bone as an implant. Methods: Retrospectively,71 patients with cervical tuberculosis who underwent lesion removal and bone fusion and internal fixation surgery in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2018 were included;36 males and 35 females;aged 1.9-80,average 43 years old.According to the different materials used in tuberculous bone graft fusion, they are divided into autologous iliac bone group and allogeneic iliac bone group. There were 17 patients in the autogenous sacrum group(group A),12 males and 5females;the average age was 44.29±16.42 years. The anteroposterior Cobb angle was(4.9±7.4),the JOA score was(14.29±1.64)points,and the VAS score was(5.23±1.14)points.There were 54 cases in the allogeneic sacrum group(Group B),24 males and 30females;the average age was 42.31±24.73 years. The anteroposterior Cobb angle was(8.6±11.3),the JOA score was(14.0±0.68)points,and the VAS score was(4.82±0.88)points.Retrospective analysis of general data such as operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fusion time,JOA and VAS in the two groups.Result:The average operation time of the autogenous sacrum block group was(71.23 ± 13.8)min,and the allogeneic sacral block group was(54.76 ± 11.02)min,the difference was statistically significant;the autologous sacrum block group had a surgical bleeding volume(50.29±7.80)ml,and the allogeneic The difference was statistically significant in the bone mass group(33.82 ±7.60)ml;the time of bone graft fusion in the autogenous metatarsal mass group was(4.41±0.61)months,and the heterogeneous metatarsal mass group(7.05±1.08)months.Statistical significance;the fusion satisfaction rate of the autogenous sacrum group was94.1%(16/17),the fusion satisfaction rate of the allogeneic sacrum group was 92.6%(50/54),and the ESR of the autogenous sacrum block group was 3 months after surgery. The average was(9.11±6.55)mm / h,and the ESR of the allogeneic metatarsal block group was(11.23 ±10.07)mm / h,and the difference was not statistically significant. The average CRP of the autogenous metatarsal block group at 3 months after operation was(2.44±1.12)Mg / L,the CRP of the allogeneic metatarsal block group was(3.21±3.08)mg / L,and the difference was not statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the JOA score between the two groups at the last follow-up.There was no significant difference in kyphosis Cobb angle between the two groups at the last follow-up.The VAS scores were not significantly different. Conclusion: Compared with autogenous bone, allograft bone has satisfactory curative effect in anterior bone graft fusion of cervical tuberculosis, and can effectively repair bone defect after cervical tuberculosis lesion removal.
