| Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with Wuling powder on 24-hour urinary albumin excretion rate,estimated glomerular filtration rate,serum cystatin C,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and other related indexes in patients with G3A2 Diabetic Kidney disease.Methods: From December 2018 to October 2019,84 patients with type 2 Diabetic Kidney disease in phase III who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment of controlling blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid and valsartan capsule80 mg / day,and the treatment group was given Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with Wuling powder plus and minus formula.After 8 weeks of treatment,the laboratory indexes of 24-hour urinary protein excretion rate,estimated glomerular filtration rate,serum cystatin C,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin were reexamined,as well as the subjective Chinese medicine of patients Symptom score.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in baseline level,which was comparable.(1)after treatment,the TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,there were significant differences in 24-hour urinary protein excretion rate,estimated glomerular filtration rate and serum cystatin C between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and glycosylatedhemoglobin between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with Wuling powder can reduce 24-hour urinary protein excretion rate and serum cystatin C,predict the increase of glomerular filtration rate,improve the clinical symptoms of TCM and improve the clinical efficacy. |
