Objective: to study the related risk factors for postoperative incision infection in patients with spinal surgery. Methods: from 2014 to 2017 in our line of spinal surgery clinical data of 1480 patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the possible influence of age and gender of postoperative incision infection in patients with history of ethnic history of diabetes hypertension surgery section of the bleeding hormone use smoking history of drinking the use of prophylactic antibiotics in hospital days of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)packet using the single factor analysis and other related factors, and the difference is statistically significant factors for multiariable Logistic regression analysis. Results: in this study, the rate of infection after spinal surgery was 2.1%.According to single factor analysis, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative infection among patients of different genders and ethnic groups who smoked, smoked or drank. There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative infection among patients with different age groups with a history of diabetes, hypertension, hormone therapy, and antibiotic treatment. The incidence of postoperative infection in patients aged 60 was higher than that in patients aged <60.The infection rate of patients with internal fixation was higher than that of endoscopic surgery.Patients with diabetes had higher infection rates than those without; The infection rate of patients with hypertension was higher than that of those without hypertension. The infection rate of patients treated with hormone was higher than that of non-users.The infection rate of patients treated without antibiotics was higher than that of users. The bleeding infection rate is higher than 1000 ml patients < 1000 ml of patients by multiple Logistic regression. Conclusion:operation history the bleeding and antibiotic use of postoperative infection in patients with diabetes, diabetic blood loss and operation method for internal fixation,1000 ml without antibiotic use of postoperative infection in patients with higher(OR = 8.506,2.870,8.725,0.101)conclusion: therefore, internal fixation implants diabetes blood loss 1000 ml without use of antibiotics as independentrisk factors.
