| Objective:In this paper,the use of traditional Chinese medicine mask and micro-needle therapy to solve the problem of pigmentation after moderate and severe acne,or promote pigmentation to reduce the course of the disease.Methods:A total of 70 cases of acne patients were numbered according to the time of tre atment.They were divided into the combined group and the control group by ra ndom number list method,35 cases and 35 cases respectively.The combined gro up was treated with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with micr o-needles,while the control group was treated with single micro needles.The ski n lesions were observed and recorded before treatment,4 weeks,8 weekends an d 1 months after stopping treatment,respectively,and two groups of patients wer e assessed on the quality of life of dermatoses before and after the treatment,re spectively.The quality of life of the two groups was detected before treatment.The level after treatment was compared.The adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Each observation index was statistically analyzed at the end of4 weeks,8 weeks and 1 month after the treatment was stopped,and then the cli nical effect of each group was evaluated.Results: According to the exclusion and exclusion criteria,5 cases were removed,and another 2 cases were missed without regular follow-up,and 63 cases finall y met the efficacy analysis,including 33 cases in the combined group and 30 ca ses in the control group.(1)At the end of the 4th week of treatment,the scores of all skin lesions in the two groups were compared,and the scores of pigmentation,number of pigment ation and size of pigmentation were all P >0.05,with no statistically significant difference.Emotional impact P=0.046<0.05,the difference was statistically signifi cant.It could be considered that,in addition to the reduction of emotional impac t score,the reduction of skin lesion score at the end of 4 weeks of treatment in the combined group was less significant than that in the control group.(2)At the end of 8th weeks of treatment,the score values of pigmentation degre e,number of pigmentation and emotional influence were all P<0.05,and the diff erence was statistically significant.Pigment size P=0.233>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,it can be considered that except the reduction of pig ment size was not significant,the skin loss score of the combined group at the end of 8 weeks of treatment was significantly lower than that of the control gro up.(3)The total score of skin lesions at the end of 4 weeks and the end of 8 week s was all <0.05,with statistically significant differences.It can be considered tha t the total score of the combined group of 4 and 8 weekends of treatment decre ased significantly compared with the control group.(4)Comparison of skin disease quality of life index before and after treatment,z=-5.825,P=0.000(P<0.001)by rank-sum test,the difference was highly statistica lly significant,and the improvement of life quality in the combined group was more significant than that in the control group.(5)Clinical efficacy:The recovery efficiency of the two groups was compared,wit h 81.82% in the combined group and 56.67% in the control group.Comparison of clinical efficacy before and after treatment between the two groups showed th at z=-2.369,P=0.018,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups showed that P=0.945(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The Chinese medicine mask combined with micro-needles is effective in the treat ment of pigmentation after acne.It is better than single micro-needle treatment without obvious adverse reactions,and can significantly improve the quality of li fe of patients with dermatosis.To provide basis for clinical work in the future. |
