Professor Wang Xiuge’s Medication Rules And Experience In The Treatment Of Diabetes

Objective: By consulting literature materials and using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)software to conduct data mining on the tutor’s previous medical cases,the author explores the characteristics and rules of the medication of the tutor in the treatment of diabetes,and summarizes the clinical experience of the tutor,so as to provide new treatment ideas and methods for the TCM treatment of diabetes.Methods: Collect Wang Xiuge professor outpatient root cases a total of 102 cases of dm,meter 219 clinical,medical record format in accordance with the unified format into Excel spreadsheet form,the basis of basic information input of auxiliary platform(V2.5),set up the database,use of frequency analysis of platform software function,the principle of correlation,improved mutual information method,the complex system entropy clustering,the entropy level of unsupervised clustering method,find out prescriptions in the treatment of collateral,the compatibility of the law to summarize new prescription.Results: Through software analysis,it is concluded that the high frequency of use of drugs such as astragalus,ophiopogon,schisandra fruit.Through the analysis of medical prescription by "prescription law"(the number of support degree holding is 140,and the confidence degree is 0.7),the core prescription is obtained.Six groups of potential drug combinations are obtained based on entropy clustering of complex system,and three groups of new prescription combinations are obtained based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.Conclusion:1 In terms of drug frequency,the proportion of tonic drugs for deficiency was the largest,followed by heat-clearing,dryness and dampness drugs,and blood-activating and blood-stasis drugs.The four qi is cold and warm,the five tastes are bitter and sweet,and the spleen and liver are the main meridians.2 Prescription: the core prescription was astragalus,ophiopogonis,radixpseudostellariae,schisandrae,and achyranthe,and 6 groups of potential drug combinations and 3 groups of new prescription combinations were obtained.The drug combinations are as follows: the first: schisandra fruit,tuckahoe,bitter orange,ophiopogon;The second:scorpion,centipede,stem,gastrodia elata,fushen;The third: schisandra fruit,tuckahoe,radix pseudostellariae,alisma,ophiopogonis.3 Based on the analysis results of the software "traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)",it can be seen that professor Wang Xiuge’s clinical medication for the treatment of relieving thirst mainly focuses on strengthening the spleen and strengthening the body,which conforms to the guiding ideology of "treating from the spleen" for the treatment of relieving thirst,and pays special attention to removing blood stasis,clearing collateral and regulating qi.The purpose of this study is to summarize professor Wang Xiuge’s experience in the treatment of diabetes by means of data mining.
