Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture At Three Points Of Rupi On Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland

Objective : This study provides a new way of thinking for acupuncture treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia by observing the effect of acupuncture on the three points of breast addiction group on the pain,mass score and other symptoms of mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods:60 patients with mammary gland disease who met the inclusion criteria were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,namely the acupuncture-breast-three-point acupoint group and the conventional acupuncture point-acupuncture group,and the treatment group and the control group were30 cases each.By comparing changes in breast pain,mass size scores,other minor symptoms and signs,and color Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment,the clinical evaluation of the acupuncture-breast-three-point acupoint group and ordinary acupuncture group was generated using SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.66%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.After statistical analysis,P> 0.05,there was no statistical difference.This shows that the two methods have good effects on the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia,and the symptoms and signs have also improved to varying degrees.2.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a definite effect on breast pain and accompanying symptoms(menstrual abnormalities,abnormal mood,flank pain).P value is less than 0.05,which means that there was a significant difference.3.There were significant differences in breast mass(size,range)between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion : This study shows that the acupuncture-breast-three-point has significant curative effect on breast hyperplasia,especially in improving symptoms,pain level and tumor size,and is worthy of clinical application.
