| Objective:To observe the effect of Wenshen Xuanbi decoction on functional score in patients with open wedge high tibial osteotomy,to explore the clinical efficacy advantages of open wedge high tibial osteotomy and the value of traditional Chinese medicine in postoperative rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 30 patients randomly divided into treated and control group.15 cases were divided into observation group and control group,and the routine perioperative management strategy was given,all of which were operated by the same surgeon with open wedge high tibial osteotomy.The observation group added oral Wenshen Xuanbi decoction on the basis of control group treatment from day 1 to day 14 after operation.The VAS scores,WOMAC scores and HSS scores of the two groups postoperative were assessed before surgery and at follow-up at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery.All statistics are collected to analyze the differences between the two groups at each time node.Results:All patients were followed up completely.1 case had superficial infection of incision at 2 weeks after operation,and the rest did not have serious complications such as deep venous thrombosis,fracture,infection and so on.There was no significant difference in gender,age,height,weight and BMI between the two groups,and there was no significant difference in preoperative VAS score,WOMAC score and HSS score.All postoperative scores in both groups were significantly improved.The VAS scores were 3.07±1.10,2.07±0.70,1.20±0.68,0.60±0.51,WOMAC scores were 21.40±3.46,17.40±2.32,14.20±3.49;7.93±1.39 and HSS scores were 82.0±10.81,87.67±8.61,91.73±5.52,92.67±4.67 at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery,which were better than those of the control group at the same time.Conclusion:Open wedge high tibial osteotomy has a good effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Oral Wenshen Xuanbi decoction can effectively accelerate pain relief and functional recovery safely. |
