| Objective: To observe the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with 2% salicylic acid acne control oil mask in the treatment of moderate acne.Mthods: Sixty-six patients with acne who were treated in a hospital in the first people’s hospital dermatology clinics in Suining city,Sichuan province from April 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into three groups according to the order to the patient by random number method.The first group was the photodynamic therapy group using photodynamic therapy,and the second group was treated with 2% salicylic acid acne control oil mask for salicylic acid treatment group,and the third group was treated with photodynamic therapy combined with 2% salicylic acid acne control oil mask for the combination group,22 cases in each group of patients.Results: The changes of skin lesions in the three groups before and after treatment were compared,and there were no statistically significant differences in pimples,papules,pustules and nodules between the photodynamic treatment group,the salicylic acid treatment group and the combination treatment group before treatment(P>0.05).After four treatments,there were statistically signifi-cant differences in the reduction of pimples,papules,pustules and nodules between the photodynamic treatment group,the salicylic acid treatment group and the combined treatment group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the photodynamic treatment group was 40.91%,the effective rate of the salicylic acid treatment group was 22.73%,and the effective rate of the combined treatment group was 72.73%.The rates of dermatitis decline of patients in different treatment groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).It can be considered that the combined treatment group is more effective than the photodynamic treatment group and the salicylic acid treatment group.Compare three sets of changes before and after treatment in patients with pimples and pustules,three groups of patients in the group and the interaction effect on time,how each time the number changes of pimples and pustules on the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),can be considered that downward trend of pimples and pustules of the combined treatment group patients is the higher than the photodynamic treatment group and the salicylic acid treatment group.Contrast VISIA test results of three groups of patients before and after treatment,the effect analysis results showed that: in the group of three treatment on VISIA check the spots,wrinkles,pore inspection,uv spots,brown spots,erythema areas,purples qualitative improvements are gradually improving trends over time,the improvement of the texture statistical significance(P>0.05),no interaction effect between groups and time,The results of effect analysis between groups showed that there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).For the comparison of the pore inspection value of VISIA,there was a statistically significant difference between the three groups since the second week of treatment(P < 0.05).It can be concluded that the improvement of the pore inspection value of VISIA in the combined treatment group was earlier than that in the photodynamic treatment alone and the treatment with 2% salicylic acid acne control mask alone.Of three groups of patients during treatment and adverse reactions were observed after treatment,found that three groups of patients with no serious adverse reactions occurred,some patients after photodynamic therapy appear the symptom such as heat,redness and swelling,pain,itching,are mild,or after the treatment of spontaneous regression after be ice compress,and with the increase of the number,heat,redness,pain,itching and other symptoms in significantly reduced;2% salicylic acid acne control mask during the treatment of dry,itching symptoms are also relatively mild,after the treatment can be relieved,without special treatment.In the course of combined treatment,some patients presented redness,itching and pain symptoms were also relatively mild,which subsided after cold compress.Conclusion: Photodynamic therapy combined with 2% salicylic acid acne control oil mask,photodynamic therapy alone and 2% salicylic acid acne control oil mask alone can reduce the number of skin lesions in patients with moderate acne,reduce the severity of acne.The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 72.73%,higher than that of the other two control groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the single photodynamic treatment(effective rate was 40.9%)or the single 2% salicylic acid acne control mask treatment(effective rate was 22.73%),the skin lesions and facial skin conditions could be better improved.The decrease trend of the combined group was higher than that of the photodynamic treatment group and the salicylic acid treatment group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were mainly manifested as heat,redness,pain,itching,etc.,with mild and tolerable symptoms,they disappeared quickly after treatment,and no serious adverse reactions were observed,which were worthy of clinical promotion. |
