Study On The Relationship Between The Activity Of RAAS And The Concentration Of Cortisol In Essential Hypertension With Anxiety And Depression

Objects To explore the relationship between essential hypertension with anxiety and depression and general information,activity of RAAS and cortisol concentration.Methods From December 2018 to November 2019,200 patients with essential hypertension were selected from tiantai people's hospital.The general data of the patients were collected,and all the selected patients were scored with SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)and SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale).SAS score?50 was diagnosed as anxiety,SDS Criterion score ?53 points diagnosed as depressed.Patients with primary hypertension complicated by anxiety and(or)depression as observation group.Patients with essential hypertension without anxiety and(or)depression served as the control group.The general data of the two groups were compared,Examination of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system activity and cortisol concentration at 3 different time points.The patients were compared with the general data,renin-angiotension-aldosterone level and cortisol concentration The relationship between them.Results L A total of 200 patients with essential-hypertension,124 male patients(62.0%),76 female patients(38.0%),89 cases were selected into the observation group:38 cases(42.70%)of simple anxiety,32 cases of simple depression(35.96%),and 19 cases of anxiety and depression coexisted(21.34%),The remaining patients were included in the control group,with a total of 111 cases.2.There was no significant difference in hypertension grade,smoking history,family hypertension history,family monthly incomey and exercise habit between the two groups(P>0.05),And gender,age,course of disease,education,and medical expenditure patterns are all single factors that affect anxiety and depression in patients with essential hypertension.(P<0.05).3.There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group between ortho-renin and lying and ortho-aldosterone.(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference in upright renin and Angiotensin ? and ? in supine and upright position(P>0.05).4.There was significant difference in cortisol concentration between the observation group and the control group at 0 hours(P<0.05),While there was no significant difference in cortisol concentration at 8 and 16 hours(P>0.05).5.Correlation analysis of hypertension and anxiety depression found that women,elevated orthostatic aldosterone levels and elevated cortisol concentrations at 0 were risk factors for primary hypertension with anxiety and depression.Conclusion Among the patients with primary hypertension and anxiety and depression,the proportion of women,the level of ortho aldosterone and the concentration of cortisol were higher at 0,and the higher the level of ortho aldosterone and cortisol at 0,the greater the possibility of primary hypertension with anxiety and depression.
