Analysis Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Cangfu Daotan Decoction Combined With Western Medicine On Menstrual Disorder Of PCOS With Phlegm Dampness Block

Objective To observe the Therapeutic Effect of Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with Western Medicine on Menstrual Disorder of Ppolycystic Ovary Syndrome.Methods 90 patients with wet block polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of which was given metform in,0.5g/time,3 times/d.In the control group,cyproterone and ethinyl estradiol tablets was administered orally on the 5th day of natural menstruation or retreating bleeding,1 tablet/time,1 time/d,21 days,three menstrual cycles in a row.In the observation group,on the basis of the control group,Cangfu Daotan decoction was added and subtracted,Zhicangfu,Xiangfu,Dannanxing,Zhqiao each 9g,Yiyiren,Shicangpu,Fabanxia,Chenpi,Fuling each 10g,Gancao 6g,Shengjiang three,Taoren,Danggui,Chuanniuxi each 1 0g should be added for blood stasis,Baizhu,Dangshen each 20g,Chenpi 15g,should be added for spleen deficieney,Chaihu,Yujin,Meiguihua each 10g should be added for gloomy mood,Nvzhenzi,Shudi,Chongweizi,Huluba each 15g should be added for follicular phase,Danshen,Danggui,Honghua each 10g should be added for period of ovulation,Lujjiaojiao,Bajitain,Zishiying,Tusizi,Gouqi each 12g should be added for premenstrual period,soak the traditional Chinese medicine for 30min in Enze hospital,decoct for 30min,take 400mL juice,1 dose/d,2 times/d,take it gently in the morning and evening,and continuously treat three menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment,body mass index(BMI),acne score(GAGs),hairiness score(F-G),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(fins),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),insulin sensitivity index(ISI),sex hormones(FSH,LH,T,LH/FSH),follicle number(follicle)were observed Numbers,FN),ovarian volume(OV).Results After treatment with Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with western medicine,BMI index of the two groups decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);gags and F-G of the two groups decreased,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);FSH,LH,T and LH/FSH of the two groups decreased,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR of the two groups were lower,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);ISI of the two groups increased,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After a follow-up of 1 M,FN and OV in the two groups decreased,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with western medicine can improve clinical efficacy and symptomsre,duce body mass index,improve obesity,improve sex hormone index,improve FPG,fins,HOMA-IR,ISI,improve ovarian morphology and reduce the number of follicles.
