| Objective Observing the clinical effect of zhenwu decoction combined with finasteride tablets and tamsolosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules in the treatment of nocturia in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with kidney-yang deficiencyMethods The 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia of kidney-yang deficiency who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table,40 in the control group and 40 in the treatment group.The control group was taken orally with finacetamine tablets and tamsolosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules,while the treatment group was taken with zhenwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Comparison and analysis between groups before and after treatment,16 weeks after treatment for 3 consecutive days when night urine average quantity,average number of night urination for 3 days,the international prostate symptom score(IPSS),nocturia impact on the quality of life questionnaire(N-QOL),residual urine(RU),prostate volume(TPV),Athens insomnia scale(AIS),and other indicators,including 3 consecutive days night urination average number,IPSS score as the main observation indexes,the rest of the five indicators of secondary to observe.All data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software and evaluatedResults 1.Total effective rate:the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the mean total frequency,IPSS score,mean total urine volume,N-QOL score,TPV,RU and AIS score of the two groups for consecutive 3 days improved compared with that of the two groups before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean total frequency of nocturnal urination,IPSS score,mean total volume of nocturnal urination,N-QOL score and AIS score of the treatment group for 3 consecutive days improved better than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.16 weeks after treatment of follow-up,the mean total frequency,IPSS score,mean total urine volume,N-QOL score,TPV,RU and AIS scores of the two groups for 3 consecutive days were improved compared with that of the two groups before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).During the 16 weeks after treatment follow-up,the mean total frequency of nocturnal urination,IPSS score,mean total volume of nocturnal urination,N-QOL score and AIS score of the treatment group for 3 consecutive days improved better than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Both the treatment group and the control group had therapeutic effect on nocturia symptoms in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,but the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group... |
