Objective:Using cross-sectional research methods, preliminary study of the correlation between diet and daily life of CRP patients and colorectal polyps, study the TCM constitutional characteristics of patients with colorectal polypsandis. It is expected to provide further basis for guiding the prevention and treatment of colorectal polyps. Methods:Collect the basic information, colonoscopy, and pathological examination results of patients diagnosed with colorectal polyps by electronic colonoscopy and pathological examination through a questionnaire survey, evaluate the patient’s physique type, anxiety and depression status by filling in the scores of each scale, collect the data and collect Statistical Analysis.Results:1.From November 2018 to December 2019,295 CRP patients were collected in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including 173 males and 122 females, with a male to female ratio of 1.42: 1.Middle-aged and elderly patients, with an average age of 53.38 ± 13.414 years.2.The stool traits of patients with CRP are irregular palate knots(29.5%)> uncomfortable stool(22%)> diarrhea(16.9%)> constipation(15.9)> normal(15.6%),stool symptoms in patients with colorectal polyps are more common; The taste preference of CRP patients is high fat(18.3%)> no preference(15.3%)> greasy(11.9%)= fried(11.9%)> spicy(11.2%)> addicted pickled products(8.1%)> partial Sweetness(7.8%)> partial acidity(5.8%)> partial lightness(5.4%)> partial salty(3.1%)> partial bitterness(1.4%),high fat diet is most common.3.There were no statistically significant differences in dietary rhythm, dietary preference for cold and heat, smoking, drinking, sleep and the occurrence of colorectal polyps, and the pathological types of colorectal polyps.4.CRP distribution according to Yamada type is Yamada type 1(41.4%)> Yamada type Ⅱ(32.9%)> Yamada type Ⅳ(16.9%)> Yamada type Ⅲ(8.8%).Yamada type Ⅳ is more common in adenomatous polyps;According to the number of polyps, there were 241 cases of single polyps and 54 cases of multiple polyps.Multiple polyps were more common in adenoma polyps.Among the 241 cases of single polyps,CRP occurred in the sigmoid colon> rectum> transverse colon> descending colon> ascending colon > Ileum cecum junction.5.The average age of APs was 57.60 ± 13.294 years. The age distribution of patients with non-adenomatous polyps was 16-95 years, with an average age of 51.31 ± 13.012 years.6.The common physical conditions of CRP patients are phlegm dampness> yang deficiency quality> qi stagnation quality> qi deficiency quality> damp heat quality> blood stasis quality> yin deficiency quality> peaceful quality> special quality,Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness frequently have APs.7.In the binary logistic multivariate regression analysis, age, number of polyps,Yamada type Ⅰ,Yamada type Ⅱ,and Yamada type Ⅲ were statistically significant.Among them,Yamada type Ⅰ,Yamada type Ⅱ,Yamada type Ⅲ,and single polyp regression coefficients were statistically significant.A negative value indicates a negative correlation with adenomatous polyps, the age regression coefficient is positive,OR = 1.033,and age is a risk factor for the incidence of adenomatous polyps.Conclusion:1.The prevalence ratio of male to female polyps in large intestine is 1.42: 1,and the age of disease is concentrated at 61-70 years old.2.High-fat diets are the most common diet for patients with colorecal polyps, and Constipation diarrhea are common in the disease; The most common sites of single colorectal polyps are sigmoid colon and rectum.3.The constitution of large intestinal polyps is common in phlegm dampness, yang deficiency,qi stagnation, and qi deficiency.Among them, adenoma polyps are more likely to occur in qi deficiency and phlegm dampness.4.The risk factors for adenomatous polyps were age.Yamada type Ⅰ,Yamada type Ⅱ, Yamada type Ⅲ,and single polyps were negatively correlated with adenomatous polyps.
