Objective:To explore the effect of different cerebral oxygen saturation values on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods:According to the inclusion exclusion criteria,90 elderly patients who underwent elective laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into three groups:experimental group(group A cerebral oxygen saturation(regional cerebral oxygen saturation)rScO2 55%to 65%,group B rScO2 66%to 75%)and control group(group C:cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring),neuron-specific enolase was performed on patients before surgery,1hour during surgery, and after surgery(neuron-specific enolase NSE),S100βprotein content determination, and the 1d preoperative,1d postoperative,7d postoperative simple mental status examination scale(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA),analysis of three groups Occurrence of neurocognitive disorder(PND)in patients during perioperative period. Results:PND occurred in 12 cases in group C,5 cases in group A,and 4 cases in group B.The intraoperative and postoperative NSE and S100βproteins of groups A and B were lower than that of group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the intraoperative and postoperative NSE and S100βproteins of group A were slightly higher than that of group B,and there was no difference Statistical significance(P>0.05).The MMSE and Mo CA of the two groups A and B were higher than that of the C group at 1d and 7d after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the MMSE and Mo CA of the A group at 1d and7d after operation were slightly lower than those of the B group The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with group C,the postoperative mechanical ventilation time and recovery room observation time in groups A and B were shortened, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The reduction of rScO2 in elderly patients during operation may cause PND,and maintaining rScO2 within a certain range during operation may reduce the occurrence of PND.There is a correlation between the decrease of rScO2and the occurrence of PND during operation.Monitoring rScO2 has important clinical significance。...
