Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Depressive Symptoms In Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Type Menopausal Syndrome By Ganmai Dazao Decoction And Yikun Decoction

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Ganmai Dazao decoction and Yikun decoction in treating depression in menopausal women with kidney deficiency and liver depression,to explore the effect of Ganmai Dazao decoction and Yikun decoction on serum FSH、LH、E2 level of patients,and to compare the effect of this method with that of simple Yikun decoction.To improve the understanding and attention of menopausal female emotional diseases.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and the clinical trial design method of random control was used,which was divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with Yikun decoction was used orally in the treatment group,and the control group was only given Yikun decoction orally,one dose per day,100 ml,each in the morning and evening and two months after continuous medication to evaluate the therapeutic effect.The treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated by observing the self-rating scale score of depression before and after treatment,the score of domestic improved kupperman scale,the change of serum sex hormone level,and the change of TCM syndrome score.Result:1.Effect of depression:after treatment,the treatment group and the control group had better depression than before,the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.TCM syndrome effect:after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group and the control group decreased(p<0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.After examination,it was found that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the effect of the treatment group was significant compared with the control group.3.Kupperman score:The score of treatment group and control group decreased than before(p<0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the two groups found that the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group,and there was statistical difference(p<0.05).4.Serum hormone levels(FSH,LH,E2):After treatment,the serum levels of FSH,LH,E2 in the treatment group were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The serum levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the control group were also improved than before(p<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05)in the levels of FSH,LH,E2.The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing FSH and LH,and in increasing E2,and there was statistical difference(p<0.05).5.During the study,only two patients had mild diarrhea,and all patients had no side effects such as allergies or abnormal liver and kidney function during this period.Conclusion:Ganmai Dazao decoction for the treatment of kidney deficiency liver depression type menopausal women depression,the effect is accurate,in addition to improving menopausal symptoms,control hormone levels in the body,improve the quality of life,can significantly alleviate the bad mood of patients,small side effects and high acceptance,has a good clinical application value,worthy of promotion.
