| Objective:To investigate the effect of different rehabilitation methods on the function of parturient pelvic floor muscle after delivery.Methods:320 cases of maternity were included in the study,which were divided into 4 groups:cesarean section,cesarean section,cesarean section,cesarean section and cesarean section.Simple functional exercise,simple functional exercise+electromyostimulation,simple functional exercise+biofeedback,simple functional exercise+electromyostimulation+biofeedback,were performed rehabilitation training for 6 weeks to compare the effect of muscle muscle recovery at the pelvic floor and vaginal muscle voltage.Results:31 cases were ineffective,49 cases were effective,and 61.25%were effective.Simple functional exercise and electromyoelectric stimulation method for the treatment of maternal,22 cases of ineffective treatment,effective 58 cases,effective 72.50%;Pure functional exercise and biological feedback method for maternal treatment,21 cases of ineffective treatment,effective 59 cases,effective 73.75%;Pure functional exercise,electromyostimulation and biofeedback therapy for mothers,13 cases of ineffective treatment,effective 67 cases,effective 83.75%;The difference in treatment efficiency between different rehabilitation methods is statistically significant(χ2=10.277,P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the efficiency of pelvic floor muscle contractility treatment between different types of mothers(cesarean section vs.cesarean section,primary maternal vs)(P>0.05).After the four groups of maternal treatment,the voltage of vaginal muscle was significantly higher than before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And different rehabilitation treatment methods,before and after the treatment of vaginal muscle voltage is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of postpartum electrical stimulation,biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise rehabilitation is good,which can obviously improve maternal pelvic floor muscle tension,improve maternal pelvic floor muscle average voltage value,post-partum recovery of maternal promotion. |
