Objective:Based on clinical and animal experimental studies,the clinical efficacy and ROS/SOD effect mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Recipe for improving ovarian reserve function are explored to provide a scientific basis for the clinical promotion and application of the tutor’s experience.Methods:In the clinical study,30 patients with DOR were selected to observe the serum FSH,E2 levels,TCM symptom score,ovarian diameter(OVD),and sinus follicle count(AFC)before and after treatment with Bushen Huoxue Recipe.Animal experiments screened 60 female rats with a 12-week-old normal estrous cycle,which were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank group,tripterygium glycosides model group,coenzyme Q10 control group,and low-,medium-and high-dose groups of kidney and blood circulation.Observe the general condition,ovarian index,ovarian tissue pathological morphology,serum ROS,SOD,E2,FSH,AMH,P,T,levels,ovarian tissue ROS,SOD levels after administering the different drugs.Results:Clinical study:Compared with before treatment,the E2 level of patients after treatment increased,AFC increased,serum FSH decreased,TCM syndrome score decreased,the total effective rate reached 90%,the difference was statistically significant.Experimental research:1.Comparison of model group and blank group:ovarian index,serum E2,AMH,PROG,SOD levels and ovarian tissue SOD levels decreased,serum ROS,FSH,T,levels and ovarian tissue ROS levels increased,significantly Sexual differences(P<0.05)2.The Bushen Huoxue Fang group and the coenzyme Q10 control group were compared with the model group:they could increase rat ovarian index,serum SOD,E2,AMH,PROG,levels and ovarian tissue SOD levels,reduce serum FSH,There was a statistically significant difference between ROS and T levels and ovarian tissue ROS levels(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the Bushen Huoxue Fang high-dose group and the coenzyme Q10 control group.Conclusions:1.Possible effect mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Fang to improve ovarian reserve function:reduce ROS accumulation,increase SOD level,resist oxidative stress,thereby reducing ovarian tissue damage.2.Bushen Huoxue Fang can effectively regulate female reproductive hormones,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and have a significant effect in treating ovarian reserve decline.3.The content of Chinese medicine for tonifying the kidney and activating blood can reach the threshold to improve the function of ovarian reserve.
