| In recent years, the state has continued to increase investment in medical security and strived to build a comprehensive range of basic medical and health services. However, there is still a considerable gap between the overall medical status and public demand. Some long-standing problems have not been effectively resolved,of which the more prominent shortage is the total amount of medical resources and the uneven distribution of resources. On the one hand,it is difficult for high-quality and efficient medical service resources to meet the extensive needs of patients, and on the other hand,a large amount of idle resources at the basic medical institutions at the grassroots level. The phenomenon of "crowded oversized hospitals in large cities and nearly empty small hospitals in small places" is common. In this context,as an innovative measure focusing on the allocation of medical resources, the concept of "regional medical consortium" has been widely concerned in the new round of medical reform. The state clearly advocates the implementation of a new type of medical and health management system, namely medical integration.Through hierarchical diagnosis and two-way referrals,it integrates various medical resources at all levels in a certain region to effectively solve the livelihood problems of "difficult to see a doctor" and "expensive to see a doctor".This paper comprehensively uses research methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and stakeholder analysis to take the loose medical complex of Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the research object.Based on the construction and operation of the medical complex, the implementation of the medical complex is carried out.Review, sort out, scientifically evaluate the effectiveness, objectively analyze the problems and the causes, and propose the optimization and development strategy of the medical complex.First,it analyzes the background and significance of the loose medical consortium work in Chinese hospitals, explains related concepts, and conducts an academic review of the construction of medical consortia at home and abroad.Secondly, review the development of the TCM medical consortium and the staged results achieved.Through interviews and exchanges with the medical workers and community patients in member hospitals, obtain basic evaluation data for the construction of the medical consortium.Later, based on the evaluation and analysis,I learned that the existing cooperation framework for the construction of the TCM medical consortium does not strictly implement the implementation, the two-way referral efficiency is low,the management model of the medical consortium is not perfect, the internal cooperation is not driven by positive benefits, and the community residents Cognition of medical association is not enough. Finally,in order to improve the long-term development strategy of the TCM Medical Consortium, the relevant theories of the construction of the TCM Medical Complex are combined with the actual operation of the TCM Medical Consortium, and the related policies of the medical consortium, the integration of internal resources, the homogenization of medical services and the The countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening publicity are provided as a reference for further advancing and optimizing the construction of the TCM Medical Consortium. This paper comprehensively uses research methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and stakeholder analysis to take the loose medical complex the evaluation analysis,I learned that the current cooperation framework for the construction of Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Association is not strictly implemented, the two-way medical consortia. Finally,in order to improve the long-term development strategy of the TCM Medical Consortium, the relevant theories of the construction of the TCM Medical Complex are combined with countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening publicity are provided as a reference for further promoting and optimizing the construction of the medical consortium of Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. It should be pointed out that the medical consortium is not only the cooperation of several medical institutions, but also a major adjustment of health resources in the entire region. It requires the support and cooperation of governments at all levels and relevant functional departments to truly implement the first-level consultation at the grassroots level,two-way referrals, and the division linked up and down realizes "the first diagnosis is in the community, the serious illness arrives at the hospital, and recovers back to the community",and solves the social problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment as soon as possible. |
