Since 2009,the reform of the medical system has been the focus of people’s livelihood issues in China.Public hospitals,as the backbone of China’s medical and health services,can be said to be of vital importance to its reform.The ultimate goal of sustainable development of public hospitals in China is to meet people’s needs for medical services,and it has a certain social responsibility and mission.Therefore,it is necessary for our government to take certain measures to ensure the quality of its services.In order to effectively supervise public hospitals in China,the government’s performance audit can be said to be a necessary means to maintain the long-term development of public hospitals in our country.At present,there is not much research on the performance audit of public hospitals in China,and it is still in the exploration and improvement stage.Therefore,the case analysis of the performance audit of public hospitals based on case analysis,and put forward specific audit recommendations based on the summary of the problems,will help further explore and deepen the performance audit of public hospitals,and promote their development.In the context of China’s comprehensive implementation of the medical system reform,this paper studies the performance audit of publichospitals in District H.Based on the analysis of the performance audit of the public hospitals in the H area,based on a series of methods,the content,procedures,methods,and performance audit evaluation index system of the hospital’s performance audits are further studied and explored to find out the public hospitals Existing problems,and try to improve the existing performance audit evaluation index system of H public hospitals and apply it through a series of methods such as expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process.Finally,based on the problems found,reasonable audit recommendations were made to motivate relevant departments to make correct decisions to provide guarantee for the construction of public hospitals in the H-zone and grassroots levels in China.
