With the development of communication technology,multimedia technology and computers,people’s life and working methods are also changing step by step.Traditional medical treatment no longer meets the needs of modern people.In order to reduce the constraints on patients,telemedicine has been subjected to More and more attention.At present,most remote monitoring systems on the market are controlled by the traditional way of client/server(C/S),relying on PC and large-scale server,with complex structure and high cost,which is not conducive to promotion and application.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to design a remote monitoring system with high portability and low price.This paper designed a domestic remote monitoring system based on embedded Linux which can give patients real-time monitoring at home.The domestic remote monitoring system adopts browser/server(B/S)mode,including three parts: wearable physiological information collecting module,embedded WEB server and remote monitoring platform.The physiological information collecting module uses the low-power singlechip MSP430F149 as the control chip to collect the physiological information of patients,and then transmits the data to the server through n RF24L01 RF module after preprocessing.As the core part of the system,the embedded WEB server takes AT91SAM9263 as the processor,runs the Linux 2.6.30 system,and carries Goahead server to realize the communication with remote web pages through the Internet and other application services.The remote monitoring platform,that is,the browser webpage,is developed by HTML language and Java Applet application according to the CGI specification.It can realize the real-time monitoring function,and medical staff and patients’ families can view the real-time status of patients anytime and anywhere.In addition,the guardian can also manage the user’s data and query the historical medical records through the web page.After testing,the domestic remote monitoring system in this paper mainly realized the remote monitoring of patients’ ECG signal and body temperature.And through the study of ECG processing algorithm,we chose the wavelet transform to denoise and based on Hilbert transform to detect the ECG signal R wave,then realize the ECG online diagnosis and display the status of the monitored personnel.The system has simple structure and low price,which provides a new design method for remote monitoring system.
