Maternal and child health care,as an important aspect of health work,has become the focus of the reform.Maternal and child health care hospital is an important part of medical services institutions in China,which plays an important role in ensuring the physical and mental health of women and children.The service quality of maternal and child health care hospital has a direct impact on the health and disease prevention system and occupies a priority position in the development of China’s medical and health undertakings.This paper applies data processing and in-depth interview,theoretical analysis other research methods,reviews the working principles,laws,regulations and policies of maternal and child health in China,and the current situation of Suzhou maternal and child health hospital,explores the necessity and feasibility of constructing Suzhou maternal and child health hospital,analyzes some problems of Suzhou maternity and child care hospital:There is no independent maternal and child care hospital,and the regional functions are complicated;Maternal and child health personnel and health services are in short supply;The service process is complicated and the patient satisfaction is low;The application level of information technology and the convenience of medical service is low.Basic maternal and child services are inadequate,and the level of diagnosis and treatment services needs to be improved,based on the application of public product theory,process reengineering theory and system theory,this paper puts forward the path choice for Suzhou maternal and child health care hospital:The government should Construct independent maternal and child health care hospital and set up function center reasonably;The hospital should strengthen maternal and child health care personnel,improve the supply of health services;The hospital should optimize the process of medical service to improve patient satisfaction;The hospital should strengthen the comprehensive application of information tools and gradually realize intelligent medical treatment;The government should construct the medical network of maternal and child health care to ensure the whole chain of maternal and child health care;The government should strengthen skill training in maternal and child health care in communities,and raise the level of diagnosis and treatment services.
