methods, prescriptions and diagnosis and treatment of Tic Disorder(TD)in the combination of traditional Chinese medicine psychology and traditional Chinese medicine to better understand and inherit him Clinical experience. Methods:Through clinical study with teacher Wang, record and collect clinical medical records;Thoroughly study the literature and monographs of Professor Wang Keqin, and then conduct exchange interviews with Mr.Wang to understand Mr.Wang's academic ideological characteristics and diagnosis and treatment experience, and systematically organize and summarize.50 cases of Professor Wang Keqin's case examination were selected for analysis, and the etiology, inducement, syndrome type, prescription and traditional Chinese medicine psychological plan of the first diagnosis of the medical record were recorded in detail.Determine the frequency of use of etiology, incentives, syndrome types, prescriptions, and psychological programs in the first diagnosis,cross-analyze the association of drugs, psychological programs, and syndrome types, draw charts based on the research results, and communicate with Professor Wang Keqin to revise and improve the research results. The above operating system uses SPSS 25.0 software system for statistics and analysis.Results:1.Academic origin :Teacher Wang's academic inherited the classics and borrowed from modern medicine.Based on "Huangdi Neijing" and "Shanghan Zabing Lun",he explore the five organs theory of emotion and develop it into the psychology of traditional Chinese medicine.Teacher Wang applied TCM psychology to the diagnosis and treatment of TD,forming his own unique experience in diagnosis and treatment.2.Academic thinking :Professor Wang Keqin believes that the main cause of TD is "emotional disorder",and TD is affected by three emotions: emotional anger, thought(worry)and fear(fright). The disease is in the liver, involving the lungs, spleen, and kidneys.Teacher Wang's treatment of TD emphasizes "integrating four kinds of diagnosis methods of traditional Chinese medicine and attaching importance to attitude",and advocates the clinical concept of "treating people first, treating people first and treating heart first".The academic ideological characteristics section elaborated on the five internal organs emotion theory.Teacher Wang believes that the causes of emotions can be summarized into four aspects: the five-elements state changes,five-element theory, own needs and cognition. The functional role of emotions can be summarized as a positive motive force and pathogenic effect; The differentiation of emotions requires three steps of thinking.Teacher Wang believes that the seven emotions can summarize all the spiritual activities of human beings, and they are related to the viscera and blood of the human body. The pathogenesis of the disease has certain rules to find. The disorder, emotions correspond to the corresponding organs. It is also believed that the current TD has a high recurrence rate and an important factor for a long treatment period is that it neglects the application of individualized TCM psychotherapy.Emotion theory has a strong guiding effect on clinical practice. The application of the "five organs theory of emotion" in TCM psychology and the syndrome differentiation treatment of Chinese medicine pulse and syndrome can effectively shorten the course of TD treatment and achieve the desired effect.3.Psychotherapy of TCM:Based on the "five internal organs theory" and combined with the clinical characteristics of TD,Mr.Wang created 13 TCM psychological therapies, including 9 psychotherapy for children and 4 family intervention. The doctor can choose the appropriate treatment method and frequency according to the specific situation of the patient.Professor Wang Keqin created five syndromes based on the "five internal organs theory" and combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment experience and put forward the corresponding treatment, prescription and psychological plan, and finally attached a typical case analysis to explain the diagnosis and treatment ideas.5.Medical Records Research:An analysis of 50 cases was conducted. The results of the study showed that emotional factors are the main cause of the disease, and the inducing factors involve a variety of emotions(joy, anger, worry, thinking, fear, and surprise). No matter what kind of emotion, excessive emotion can lead to the recurrence of the disease;through the case frequency and correlation analysis,Professor Wang Keqin 's core prescription for TD is composed of Bupleurum,White peony,Uncaria,Dilong,Silkworm,Raw keel,Raw oyster It is composed of licorice and named "Bawei Zhijing Decoction".It also lists the addition, subtraction and compatibility of commonly used drugs of various syndrome types. The core programs of traditional Chinese medicine psychotherapy are methods of enlightenment, restraining emotions and keeping reason, finding causes, being comfortable and special nursing, and detailing the application guidelines of various types of methods.Conclusions:1.Professor Wang Keqin attaches great importance to the classics, develops the theory of emotional sentiment of traditional Chinese medicine based on classics, creates psychological treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and maintains the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Professor Wang Keqin believes that the main cause of TD is poor mood, and more drugs for regulating emotions are used. The tic disorder is divided into five syndromes. The method of treating tic disorder is 13 methods of Chinese medicine psychology combined with "Bawei Zhijing Fang".3.Professor Wang Keqin used TCM psychology combined with Chinese medicine to treat tic disorders. The
