| ObjectiveBy designing a single-center,retrospective,and controlled study,a study cohort was set up according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. It is planned to study the changes of blood lipids in patients with PTC lateral cervical lymph node metastasis, and to explore whether there is a correlation between PTC lateral cervical lymph node metastasis and blood lipid levels relationshipMethodsA total of 200 patients with primary thyroid cancer who underwent unilateral lobes+isthmus resection or total thyroidectomy and had central and/or lateral cervical lymph node dissection in the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery of Shandong Provincial Hospital in 2018 were included in this study.Collect clinical information of patients and perioperative clinical data, including basic information of patients enrolled, physical examination data, thyroid function measurement, various lipid indicators, ultrasound results of thyroid and neck lymph nodes, fine needle aspiration of thyroid and neck lymph nodes Cytological examination.According to the different lymph node metastasis areas,200 patients were stratified into lateral cervical lymph node metastasis group and central lymph node metastasis group.Data analysis was performed using STATA V15.0 and medcalc V18 statistical software to study patients with PTC side cervical lymph node metastasis.Blood lipid levelsResults1.According to the different lymph node metastasis regions, there were changes of blood lipid in the lymph node metastasis group and the lymph node metastasis group.TG and HDL-C in the lateral cervical lymph node metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the central lymph node metastasis group(0.04715)and significantly lower than those in the central lymph node metastasis group(0.03871).2.In male patients,TG and HDL-C were significantly higher and HDL-C was significantly lower than those in central lymph node metastasis group(0.0000),but there was no significant correlation with TC,LDL-C and other blood lipid indexes.3.There was no correlation between lymph node metastasis in the lateral neck region of papillary thyroid carcinoma and related blood lipid index in women.Conclusions1.By observing the blood lipid levels of the patients with lymph node metastasis in the lateral neck region and the patients with lymph node metastasis in the central region, according to the different groups of lymph node metastasis, observe and analyze the blood lipid indexes of each group after stratification. It can be observed that there is a correlation between lymph node metastasis and TG,HDL-C blood lipid index.Tg of lymph node metastasis group is significantly higher than that of lymph node metastasis group and HDL-C,and the difference is statistically significant.2.According to different groups of gender and lymph node metastasis area, observe and analyze each blood lipid index of each group after stratification. It was also observed that there was a correlation between lymph node metastasis and TG,HDL-C blood lipid index in the lateral neck region of thyroid papillary carcinoma.TG in the lateral neck region lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the central region lymph node metastasis group and HDL-C,and the difference was statistically significant.3.According to different groups of gender and lymph node metastasis area, observe and analyze each blood lipid index of each group after stratification. There was no correlation between lymph node metastasis and blood lipid index in the lateral neck region of papillary thyroid carcinoma. |
