Objective The ratio of each immune cell in tumor tissue and adjacent tissues of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NCSLC)was detected, and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics was explored. Methods A total of 69 patients with NSCLC(all tissue specimens pathologically confirmed by postoperative pathology)who underwent surgical treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China(Anhui Provincial Hospital)from August 2017 to August 2018 were collected, including: 49 males and 20 females, aged 45-82(67.25 ± 8.78)years old.Pathological types included adenocarcinoma in 43 cases, squamous cell carcinoma in 26 cases;pathological stage I / II in 48 cases, stage III / IV in 21 cases;tumor size ? 3 cm in patients with 36,> 3 cm patients in 33 cases;postoperative pathology confirmed positive lymph node metastasis There were 27 patients and 42 negative patients. The diagnosis is in line with the 2017 WHO lung cancer diagnostic criteria. All patients were diagnosed for the first time and underwent standard radical lung cancer surgery;complete clinical data were available and no other related treatments such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy were received before surgery. The collected lung cancer tumor tissues from 69 patients and corresponding adjacent tissues more than 2 cm from the distal end of the tumor were collected to detect regulatory T cells(Treg),tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL),The ratio of MDSC cells and other cells was statistically processed using SPSS 21.0 software to analyze the relationship between the ratio of each cell and clinical pathological characteristics. Results The ratio of CD4 + T cells and CD8 + T cells to total T cells in tumor tissues of NCSLC patients was higher than that of adjacent tissues(P <0.01);the ratio of Treg to total T cells and Treg to total CD4 + T cells in tumor tissues of NCSLC patients were also high.In the tissues adjacent to the cancer(P <0.01);the ratio of TIL to total cells in tumor tissues of patients with NCSLC was higher than that in the tissues adjacent to the cancer(P <0.01).The ratio of M-MDSC to total cells in tumor tissues of NCSLC patients was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P <0.01).The ratio of G-MDSC to total cells in tumor tissues of patients with NCSLC was not different from that of adjacent tissues, and was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).The ratio of Treg cells to total T cells in tumor tissues of patients with NCSLC was not related to the patient's gender, age, tumor pathological type, tumor stage, tumor size, and whether the tumor was associated with lymph node metastasis. There was no significant difference(P> 0.05).The ratio of Treg cells to total CD4 + T cells in tumor tissues of patients with NCSLC was not related to tumor pathological type, tumor stage, tumor size, and whether the tumor was associated with lymph node metastasis, and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).The ratio of Treg cells to total T cells in tumor tissues of patients with NCSLC was related to the gender and age of patients.Among them, male patients were higher than female patients, patients aged 60 years or older were higher than patients less than 60 years old,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)..The expression level of TIL in tumor tissues of patients with NCSLC was not related to the patient's gender, age, tumor pathological type, tumor stage, tumor size, and whether the tumor was associated with lymph node metastasis. There was no significant difference(P> 0.05).The level of MDSC expression in tumor tissues of patients with NCSLC was not related to the patient's gender, age, tumor pathological type, tumor stage, tumor size, and whether the tumor was associated with lymph node metastasis. There was no significant difference(P> 0.05).The ratio of G-MDSC and M-MDSC cells in tumor tissues of patients with NCSLC was not related to the patient's gender, age, tumor pathological type, tumor stage, tumor size, and whether the tumor was associated with lymph node metastasis. The ratio of Macrophages,CD163 + Macrophages(M2)cells in tumor tissues of patients with NCSLC was not related to the patient's gender, age, tumor pathological type, tumor stage, tumor size, and whether the tumor was associated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Each immune cell in the tumor microenvironment of NSCLC patients participates in tumorigenesis and development, and promotes tumor invasion and metastasis.
