Objective To analyze the dietary hygiene, regional distribution, sex and age distribution, clinical manifestation and iconography characteristics of 150 cases of Tibetan neurocysticercosis from 2013 to ebruary in 2020,and to sum up the usage therapeutic drug and therapeutic effect of some patients,so as to provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment of neurocysticercosis patients in our Tibetan region.Method 1.Data collection: according to the established relevant criteria, included in the Tibet Autonomous Region People’s Hospital patients with cysticercosis Tibetan from 2013 to February in 2020 and follow-up observation;2.Statistical analysis: Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software. The measurement data is represented by ?X±S,and the count data is expressed by percentage. The data is divided into different groups according to the number of parasites、the age and the sex.The data is also divided into epilepsy group and non-epileptic group according to the clinical manifestation,chi-square test to P<0.05 The difference was statistically significant;gender, age, number of parasites, treatment dose, and parasitic site classification were divided into groups, and the treatment effect after 3 times of deworming was statistically analyzed by rank sum test,to P< the 0.05,difference was statistically significant. Results There were more males than females in 150 patients with cerebral cysticercosis,150 patients had wide age distribution ranging from 3 to 80 years old, with the highest prevalence of 61.34% among young adults aged 20 to 50 years old.In 33% of cases, seizures were of a variety of types, with a large number of generalized tonic-clonic seizures and parasitism in the cerebral parenchyma(86%).Patients treated with albendazole effective percentage have the effective rate was 92.86%.There was no difference in epileptic seizures between different parasitic numbers, and there was no correlation between age, sex, parasitic site, parasitic number and therapeutic effect, among them, the duration of follow-up was from 1 month to 6 years, the longest was 6 years, and the most insect repellent treatment was 20 times,Five patients treated with deworming more than 10 times。Conclusion 1.All patients with neurocysticercosis regardless of their age, should do the head MRI enhancement as far as possible to exclude cysticercosis after the exclusion of external factors.2.If patients with neurocysticercosis are treated with regular treatment, the effective rate of 3 times treated with albendazole was 92.86% regardless of the number of parasitoids,Long-term follow-up was rare, with only 5 patients treated with more than 10 insect repellents;once found, patients should actively seek medical treatmenttreatment, and need regular treatment and regular follow-up;3.Eating raw pork is not a necessary condition forinfection, and there is the possibility of repeated infection, good hygiene habits and eating habits are important measures to prevent cerebral cysticercosis.
