| Objective:This article is devoted to exploring the clinical efficacy and advantages of Jiajian Huangan Lipi Granules in the treatment of ADHD in children with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity, and to provide a safe and effective Chinese medicine treatment method for this type of ADHD.Method:60 children who met the inclusion criteria in the pediatric clinic were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,of which 30 were in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. The treatment group was given Jiajian Huangan Lipi Granules, and the control group was given Xiaoyao Pill. The SNAP-IV scores,TCM syndrome scores, and effectiveness of the two sets of treatment are observed and counted before and after 1 course of treatment(2 months),separately, and the differences between the two groups of treatment are analyzed to explore the reliability and advantages of oral modified Jiajian Huangan Lipi granules.Results:(1)SNAP-IV score comparison:(1)The total score within groups after treatment: both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.05);(2)Total integrals between groups after treatment: the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3)The attention deficit and hyperactivity impulsive scores within groups after treatment: both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.05);(4)Integrals between groups after treatment: for attention deficit scores, the treatment group has a significant effect with a significantly lower score than the control group(P<0.05);for hyperactive impulsive score, the treatment group was lower than the control group(P>0.05),with no significant advantage.(2)Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points:(1)The total score within groups after treatment: both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);(2)Total integrals between groups after treatment: the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3)Within groups scores of all main symptoms(distraction, restlessness, hyperactivity and multilingualism, changeable interest, small movements)and all secondary symptoms(emotional instability, irritability, poor memory, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, irregular stool)after treatment: the scores in each integral group were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.05);(4)Integrals between groups after treatment: for scores of two secondary symptoms of restlessness and loss of appetite, the treatment group is lower than the control group(P>0.05),the treatment group has no significant advantage;for scores of other secondary symptoms and all major symptoms, the treatment group is significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group has a significant effect.(3)Comparing the clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%;the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%,P=0.008(P<0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusions:(1)The treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group in changing attention of ADHD with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity in children.(2)The treatment group was similar to control group in changing restlessness and loss of appetite of ADHD with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity in children.(3)The treatment group is better than control group in changing TCM Syndrome Points of ADHD. |
