| Objective:This study observed the clinical effect of the antagonistic muscle with penetrating acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of foot varus after stroke, and compared it with conventional acupuncture methods to verify whether the therapeutic effect of this study was better, aiming to seek a safer and more efficient treatment for the clinicMethods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the "the antagonistic muscle with penetrating acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture"(treatment group)and the conventional acupuncture group(control group),with 30 patients in each group. On the basis of admission, the two groups were given the drugs and rehabilitation training methods in the department of neurology after stroke, and the acupoints selected in the treatment group were all on the affected side:Yanglingquan,Waiqiu,Xuanzhong and Jiexi.Among them,Xuanzhong is a penetrating way to the direction of Sanyinjiao,electro-acupuncture treatment was used after acupuncture of above points; The control group was the routine acupuncture in the textbook. The two groups were treated once a day for 30min each time and rested for 1 day a week for a total of 4 weeks.Indexes were evaluated before and after treatment, and the efficacy indexes selected in this study could complement each other from the aspects of muscle tension and motor function, including The modified Ashworth spasticity scale(MAS),Brunnstrom lower limb stage scale, lower limb fugl-meyer motor function assessment(FMA)and TCM disease diagnosis and efficacy criteria, all of which were measured by the same physician.Data indexes measured before and after treatment were analyzed with SPSS to compare the efficacy of the two groupsResult:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,"the antagonistic muscle with penetrating acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture group" and the conventional acupuncture group all showed significant improvement compared with before(P<0.05)2.Compared with the conventional acupuncture group, the scale data scores of the patients in "the antagonistic muscle with penetrating acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture group" increased more after treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%(22/30),and the treatment group had better efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.After treatment, both "the antagonistic muscle with penetrating acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture group" and the conventional acupuncture group could improve the symptoms of foot varus after stroke;2.The effect of "the antagonistic muscle with penetrating acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture group" is better than those of the conventional acupuncture group. |
