| Objective: Discussion on the relationship between the theory of Qi and collaterals and obesity in traditional Chinese Medicine;and to observe the clinical effect of Lianchen decoction on the simple obesity of the type of collaterals depression and dampness resistance based on the theory of Qi and collaterals.Methods: The study subjects were 60 patients who met the research standard in the endocrine clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2019 to October 2019.On the basis of keeping a good life style,all the subjects were treated with Lianchen decoction,150 ml water decoction,warm clothes once in the morning and once in the evening,and observed for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,weight,obesity,BMI,F%,subcutaneous fat thickness,The changes of serum TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C and their effects on safety observation indexes.Results: 1.The total score of TCM syndrome decreased(P<0.05);2.The single score of TCM syndrome decreased(P<0.05);3.The curative effect of TCM syndrome analysis: the total effective rate was 82.14%;4.The weight,obesity,BMI,F% decreased(P<0.05),subcutaneous fat thickness decreased(P<0.05);5.The serum TG,TC level decreased(P<0.01),serum LDL-C level decreased(P<0.05),The level of HDL-C increased(P<0.05);6.Safety:during the treatment,no obvious abnormality was found in hematuria,stool,liver and kidney function and physical examination.Conclusions: 1.Based on the theory of Qi and collaterals,the modified Lianchen decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome integral of simple obesity patients with stagnation of collaterals and dampness,and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.Based on the theory of Qi and collaterals,The modified Lianchen decoction can reduce the body weight,obesity degree,BMI,F% and subcutaneous fat thickness of simple obesity patients.3.The modified Lianchen Decoction based on the theory of Qi and collaterals can reduce the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in serum,and increase the levels of HDL-C,so as to improve the dyslipidemia of patients. |
