An Analysis Of The Law Of Medication For Professor Yuan Huishu Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris Based On Data Mining Technology

ObjectiveBy analyzing the prescriptions of Professor Yuan’s treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,the characteristics of professor Yuan’s treatment of stable angina pectoris and the theory of her treatment are summarized,which will provide reference for further research and inheritance of professor Yuan’s academic idea.MethodsTo collect the medical records of patients with stable coronary heart disease diagnosed by Professor Yuan Huishu’s outpatient clinic from the Department of Cardiology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to March 2019.Enter the case information into Excel and establish a database,use Excel to perform frequency analysis on the four qi,five flavors,and the classics of the Chinese medicine,and using SPSS21.0 software for cluster analysis,summed up the tutor’s medication characteristics and treatment theory.ResultsAccording to the acceptance criteria,a total of 302 cases of newly diagnosed medical records that met the criteria were included,and 153 Chinese herbs were obtained,with a total frequency of 5885 times.Among them,there were 40 drugs with frequency ≥50 times,and the frequency of use was 4,582 times,accounting for 77.84%,which was the commonly used drug for the tutor to treat SAP,the frequency of use >100 drugs as the core drug,a total of 16 flavors,and the cumulative frequency was 49.43%.2.Among the 153 traditional Chinese medicines included,the top 5 most frequently used drugs are Tonic 1078 times,Tranquilizing medicine 769 times,Liver wind calmed drug 628 times,Heat clearing medicine 513 times and 438 times for Qi medicine.3.Among the included 153 Chinese medicines,the warmest medicines are used the most,with a frequency of 2060 times,accounting for 35.00%,thefrequency of use of flat drugs was 1876 times,accounting for 31.88%,the frequency of cold drug use was 1731 times,accounting for 29.41%,the cold drug was used 180 times and the hot drug 38 times.4.Among the 153 Chinese medicines included,9,162 effective data were obtained according to the classification of medicinal tastes.Gan medicine used 3368 times,bitter medicine 2697 times,Xin medicine 1781 times,salty medicine 417 times,sour medicine 391 times,mild medicine 338 times,astringent medicine 170 times.5.Among the 153 Chinese medicines included,they were classified according to medicine classification,and a total of 15476 valid data were obtained.The top 6 menstrual channels for frequency of use are liver,spleen,heart,lung,kidney and stomach.The frequency of drug use was 3195 times,2478 times,2199 times,1973 times,1912 times,and the frequency of use was more than 10%.6.Cluster analysis of commonly used drugs using frequency ≥50 times,7groups of commonly used drug pairs and 5 groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained.The commonly used drug pairs are keel,oyster;jujube kernel,polygala;Chinese yam,dogwood;pericarpium citri reticulatae,Radix bupleuri;Cassia twig,Scallions white;root of herbaceous peony,angelica sinensis;malt,divine comedy.The common drug combinations are respectivelykeel,oyster,jujube kernel,polygala,Radix bupleur,pericarpium citri reticulatae,Atractylodes,Poria,notoginseng;dogwood,Cortex phellodendri,Chinese yam,Corte-x moutan,Rhizoma anemarrhenae,Raw radix rehmanniae,Alisma;root of herbaceous peony,angelica sinensis,rhizoma cyperi,Turmeric;Astragalus membranaceus,ginseng,licorice,chicken’s gizzardmembrane;vine of multiflower knotweed,cortex albiziae,nacre mother of pearl.Conclusion1.Professor Yuan Huishu’s treatment concept of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease: Treat heart from liver more,heart disease must treatliver;Pay attention to conditioning the spleen and stomach;Double heart therapy combines body and mind.2.Professor yuan hui-shu for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of the core drugs: Poria,Atractylodes,pericarpium citri
