Efficacy Analysis Of Enterprise Stent Assisted Coil In The Treatment Of Intracranial Aneurysm

Objective: To analyze the safe and effective of Enterprise stent assisted coil in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm,and sum up experience to provide some reference for the stent choice when stent-assisted coiling.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 134 patients with intracranial aneurysm who were admitted from June 2017 to June 2019 in Shengjing Hospital,China Medical University,and divided into group A(n=62)with Enterprise stent and group B(n=72)with Solitaire stent.using statistical software SPSS 19.0 to collate data and analyze two group’s e clinical and angiographic data(The incidence of complications,the rate of immediate postoperative embolization,and the level of postoperative living ability).Results: All stents were successfully deployed in 134 cases.and 5 cases were experiencing thromboembolism complications during stent-assisted coil embolization The Enterprise group(n=62)has only 1 case experiencing complications,and It’s immediate postoperative angiograms showed Raymond 1 in 48 aneurysms(75.0%),Raymond 2 in 13(20.3%),and Raymond 3 in 3(4.7%).The Solitaire group(n=72)has 4 cases experiencing complications,and It’s Immediate postoperative angiograms showed Raymond 1 in 46 aneurysms(63.9%),Raymond 2 in 19(26.4%),and Raymond 3 in 7(9.4%).In the evaluation of postoperative viability,59 cases(95.2%)in the Enterprise group had good viability,2 cases(3.2%)had poor viability,and 1 case(1.6%)had poor prognosis;68 cases(94.4%)in the Solitaire group had good viability,1 case(1.4%),and 3 cases(1.6%)had poor prognosis.1 case was found to have coil escaping in Solitaire group during the stent-assisted coil embolization of aneurysms.No significant(P>0.05)difference existed in the complications rate,Raymond grade,and MRS grade.Conclusion: This study shows that endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms with an Enterprise stent is safe and effective.To provide some reference for the stent choice when stent-assisted coiling by summing up our experience that endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysm with Enterprise stent and Solitaire stent,However,since the follow-up time of this group of cases is still short,the exact long-term clinical effect still needs to be verified with long-term follow-up.
