Objects: Circulating tumor cell detection is a new type of liquid biopsy, which is a method to analyze circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood of tumor patients. It is now in clinical use.Studies have shown that the detection of circulating tumor cells can be used for the early diagnosis, prognosis and evaluation of metastasis of NSCLC,and the detected circulating tumor cells can be used for genetic detection of NSCLC.By analyzing the correlation between the number of circulating tumor cells before operation and the postoperative immunohistochemical pathological results in patients with NSCLC,this paper studied whether the detection of circulating tumor cells could evaluate the depth of NSCLC invasion and determine its critical value, and discussed its reference value in the selection of clinical surgical methods. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed on 64 patients with NSCLC who underwent CTCs detection and had postoperative pathological results before surgery in the thoracic surgery department of shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from 2018-7 to 2019-12.Time points include before and after treatment.4ml venous blood was collected before operation and detected by imFISH.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the data. The measurement data between groups were expressed as(X±s),and t test was performed. The counting data were tested by X2 and the correlation analysis was tested by regression.P < 0.05 was considered as statistically significant.ROC was used to analyze CTCs detection results and pathological results, and the critical value of CTCs was calculated.P < 0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results:1.Gender was independent of tumor invasion depth(P=0.905);2.According to logistic regression curve analysis,CTCs value was an independent factor related to the depth of lung cancer infiltration.3.CTCs results were able to assess the invasion depth of lung cancer(P=0.01),with a critical value of 2.5.When the value of CTCs is less than 2.5,the tumor is likely to be carcinoma in situ. When the number of CTCs was > and 2.5,the possibility of tumor invasion was high. Conclusions : Circulating tumor cell detection can assess the depth of invasion ofNSCLC,with a critical value of 2.5.It has certain reference value for clinical selection of surgical methods.
