Research background: Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a series of heart diseases caused by myocardial ischemia, hypoxia and even necrosis caused by coronary atherosclerosis and stenosis or occlusion, referred to as coronary heart disease. The safety and effectiveness of the application of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease have been controversial. Therefore, the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease are compared and analyzed.Providing reference is of great significance for the rational use of drugs in the clinic. Objective: First of all,the efficacy and safety of patients with coronary heart disease treated with single and combined Chinese medicine injections are compared and analyzed, and then the application of drug use is further analyzed according to different symptoms.Research methods: The first part retrospectively analyzes 912 patients with coronary heart disease, according to the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections,it is divided into 300 patients in the conventional treatment control group,305 patients in the single-use Chinese medicine injection group for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and the patient group in the combination of two Chinese medicine injections.307 cases were observed and compared with the clinical efficacy, electrocardiogram efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment. The second part of 234 patients with retrospective coronary heart disease, according to the different complaints of the patients, was divided into 117 patients with acute angina pectoris with onset chest pain as the first symptom and non-acute patients with chest tightness, shortness of breath, and precordial discomfort as the first symptom 117 cases of angina group. The patients in the acute angina group were divided into 23 cases in group A treated with Danshen ligustrazine injection,44 cases in group B treated with safflower yellow injection and 50 cases in group C treated with Guhong injection, and non-acute angina group The patients were divided into 32 cases in group D treated with Danshen Ligustrazine injection,39 cases in group E treated with safflower yellow for injection, and 46 cases in group F treated with Guhong injection.Comparative analysis of changes in laboratory indicators before and after medication. Results: In the first part, the clinical efficacy was 76.33% in the control group,86.56%in the single-use group, and 80.78% in the combined group. The clinical effect of the single-use group was better than that of the control group and the combined group, and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.005 <0.05).Compared with the control group, the improvement rate of ECG was 34.67%,the improvement rate of the single-use group was 82.30%,and the improvement rate of the combined group was 58.96%.The efficacy of the single-group ECG was better than that of the control group and the combined group, and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.000 < 0.05).The improvement rate of angina pectoris was 72.67% in the control group,81.64% in the single-use group, and 75.57% in the combination group. The improvement rate of angina pectoris in the control group was lower than that of the single and combined groups, and the difference was statistically significant.(P = 0.029 <0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of discomfort after exercise was 3.33%,the incidence of the single-use group was 1.97%,and the incidence of the combined group was 6.19%.The incidence of the patients in the single-use group was lower than that of the control and the combined groups. The difference was statistically significant(P = 0.021 <0.05).Compared with the control group,no adverse reactions occurred. The incidence of adverse reactions in the single-use group was 1.33%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 2.28%.The incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the combined group than in the single-use group.Statistical significance(P =0.036 <0.05).In the second part of the acute angina group, the creatine kinase level of the three groups of patients was different(P = 0.000 <0.05).Guhong injection had a good effect, and the creatine kinase level isoenzyme was different(P = 0.000 <0.05).Guhong injection has good effect, troponin T level has difference(P = 0.001 <0.05),safflower yellow pigment for injection has good effect, and platelet level has difference(P = 0.000<0.05)Guhong injection has good effect. The non-acute angina pectoris group had differences in creatine kinase levels after treatment(P = 0.000 <0.05),Danshen Chuanxiongzine injection had a good effect, and creatine kinase level isoenzymes had differences(P = 0.000 <0.05),Danshen Chuanxiong The effect of azine injection is good, the level of troponin T is different(P = 0.000 <0.05),the effect of Guhong injection is good, the difference of platelet level(P = 0.000 <0.05),the effect of Guhong injection is good. Conclusion: The application of a single Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is effective and safe.In patients with acute angina pectoris,Guhong injection has a better effect of lowering creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme level and platelet level.Safflor yellow for injection has the best effect on reducing cardiac troponin T level. In non-acute angina pectoris patients,Danshen ligustrazine injection has a better effect of reducing creatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzyme levels.Guhong injection has the best effect on reducing cardiac troponin T and platelet levels.
