Objective:To investigate the correlation of the serum concentration of soluble growth stimulation expresses gene 2 protein(s ST2)and aortic pulse pressure(PP)with coronary heart disease(CHD).At the same time,to investigate the correlation of the serum concentration of s ST2 and PP.Methods:The patients who were did coronary angiography(CAG)in The first affiliated hospital of the university of science and technology of China(Anhui provincial hospital)from January 2019 to July 2019 were divided into the patients with coronary artery lesions(95 cases)and the patients without coronary artery lesions(69 cases).Collected the patients' personal condition and basic information before the CAG.The patients were told to refrain from drinking and eating after 10:00 p.m.And blood samples were collected from the median elbow vein at 6:00 a.m.the next day for examination of relevant indicators. The serum concentration of s ST2 was detected by ensyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).All patients did the ultrasonic cardiogram(UCG)during hospitalization. With the consent of the patients and their families, aortic systolic blood pressure(SBP)and aortic diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were detected during CAG.The PP was calculated as the difference between the SBP and DBP,and the average value was obtained after multiple measurements. The severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary artery lesions was evaluated by Genisini scores. The basic information, serological indicators and indicators of UCG between the two groups were analyzed.Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of Gensini scores in patients with coronary artery lesions.Meanwhile, according to the median value of PP,all patients were divided into the patients with PP?55mm Hg(80 cases)and the patients with PP<55mm Hg(84 cases). The independent sample t test was used to analyze the difference of the serum concentration of s ST2 between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation between PP and the serum concentration of s ST2.Results:By comparing the basic clinical datas of the two groups, the proportion of males(66.3%vs 40.6%),mean ages(62.55±9.57 years vs 58.88±10.16 years)and creatinine(CREA)(67.82±16.09umol/L vs 62.80±14.53umol/L)in the patients with coronary artery lesions were higher than those in the patients without coronary artery lesions, with statistically significant differences(all P <0.05).Gensini scores[38(16,68)vs 3(0,7.5)],SBP(151.39±14.83 mm Hg vs 124.80±8.66 mm Hg),PP(66.99±14.14 mm Hg vs 42.97±10.23 mm Hg),the serum concentration of s ST2(511.16±164.82pg/ml vs 242.24±56.87pg/ml)in the patients with coronary artery lesions were higher than those in the patients without coronary artery lesions, but DBP(78.03±7.87 mm Hg vs 81.83±6.52 mm Hg)was lower, with statistically significant differences(all P <0.01).Meanwhile,Pearson correlation analysis showed that the Gensini scores of the patients with coronary artery lesions were related to age, body weight, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),SBP,PP and the serum concentration of s ST2(the difference was statistically significant,P <0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the effects of the serum concentration of s ST2 and PP on Gensini scores of the patients with coronary artery lesions were statistically significant(all p<0.01).At the same time,it was found by t test that the serum concentration of s ST2 in the patients with PP?55mm Hg was higher than that in the patients with PP<55mm Hg(524.21 159.88pg/ml vs 265.52 100.68pg/ml,p<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was an independent correlation between the serum concentration of s ST2 and PP(?=0.772,p<0.01).Conclusion:Elevated the serum concentration of s ST2 and PP are both important risk factors affecting the severity of coronary artery lesions in CHD patients, and elevated the serum concentration of s ST2 is also an independent risk factor affecting PP.
