Objective:The purpose of this study is to apply prospective comparative research methods to patients with cardiac arrest.First, observe the abdominal hemorrhage combined with chest automatic CPR and automatic CPR on the hemodynamics of patients with cardiac arrest,The impact of blood gas analysis resuits;further explore its efficacy and safety in patients with cardiac arrest. This study is expected to provide a new strategy and clinical basis for the treatment of sudden cardiac arrest. Methods:The clinical data of a total of 76 patients who entered the emergency room of our hospital due to cardiac arrest from December 2017 to December 2019 were analyzed, and 42 of them were resuscitated by automatic cardiopulmonaTy resuscitation in the emergency room of our hospital and were included as a control group. The experimental group consisted of 34 patients with sudden cardiac arrest combined with abdominal pressure and automatic chest resuscitation.Observe the general data of the two groups of patients, such as age, gender, cause of disease, etc.,to determine the comparability between the groups. The hemodynamic indicators and blood gas analysis after successful recovery of the two groups of patients include:mean arterial pressure(MAP)heart rate(HR),respiration(B),blood acidity(pH),oxygen partial pressure(PO2),carbon dioxide partial pressure(PCO2),lactic acid(LAC),etc. The effectiveness of the two resuscitation methods was compared by recording the average resuscitation time, spontaneous circulation recovery rate(ROSC rate),CPR success late, and 24-hour survival rate. The safety of the two resuscitation methods was compared by the incidence of complications in the two groups.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, and cause of disease(p>0.05),and the two were comparable.(2)Autonomous cardiopuhnonary resuscitation CPR group recovered 10 cases of spontaneous circulation, abdominal pressure combined with chest automatic CPR group CPR group 9 cases recovered spontaneous circulation, abdominal pressure combined with chest automatic CPR group CPR group after successful recovery Arterial pressure, heart rate, respiration, and PaO2 were higher than those in the CPR group and PaCO2 and Lac were significantly lower than those in the CPR group. The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Abdominal pressure increase combined with chest automatic CPR group CPR group after recovery,PH value and heart rate after recovery were better man automatic CPR group CPR group, but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05)(3)Abdominal pressure increase combined The average resuscitation success time of the CPR group outside the chest was(22.59 ± 1.59)min,which was lower than the average resuscitation success time of the CPR group(26.13 ± 1.45)min.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),The ROSC rate and CPR success rate of the CPR group were slightly lower than that of the CPR group with abdominal pressure increase combined with an external chest CPR group, but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The 24H survival rate of the abdominal pressure increase combined with the chest automatic CPR group CPR group was slightly higher than that of the automatic CPR group CPR group, and the incidence of complications was slightly lower than that of the automatic CPR group CPR group, but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclnsions:(1)Abdominal pressure increase combined with external chest CPR can better provide effective tidal volume, shorten recovery time, and help stabilize the internal environment and hemodynamics of patients with cardiac arrest And maintenance of oxygen supply.(2)Abdominal pressure increase combined with chest automatic CPR instrument CPR is more useful than automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument CPR in improving spontaneous cardiac arrest patients’ spontaneous circulation recovery,CPR success rate,24-hour survival rate and reducing the occurrence of post-resuscitation complications.(3)The effect of abdominal pressure increase combined with external chest automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation CPR may be more advantageous than a single site automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation CPR,and it is also a better alternative method of resuscitation when conditions permit.
