Today,with the development of science and technology into digitization,the application of computer-aided technology in various fields is becoming more and more extensive,such as computer-aided translation,computer-aided mapping,computer-aided therapy,etc.With the rapid development of medical plastic surgery industry,the use of computer technology to assist plastic surgery has gradually become a research hotspot in the industry.Generally speaking,the beauty seeker will ask to see the beauty renderings before the cosmetic surgery.In traditional plastic surgery hospitals,doctors generally use hand-drawn renderings or PS editing software renderings to predict the surgical effect.Due to its lack of accurate portrayal of key points on the skin and face,it is easy to cause deviations between the expected renderings and the actual results.In more advanced plastic surgery hospitals,beauty seekers need to go through a multi-step inspection to get the simulation renderings.At the same time,doctors also need to analyze and filter the data of each device,which brings doctors and beauty seekers.great inconvenience.Therefore,computer aid has become an indispensable key technology in medical cosmetic surgery.The computer-assisted technology restores the surgical scene,helps the doctor to depict the simulation effected picture,and can restore the real photo after the operation to the greatest extent,thereby reducing the dispute between the doctor and the patient.Using computer-aided technology to establish the information channel between the beautician and the doctor can improve the communication efficiency between thoes,and the huge data generated during the plastic surgery process can be effectively managed by establishing a cloud database.Therefore,computer-assisted plastic surgery can bring great convenience to beauty seekers anddoctors.The simulated plastic surgery system constructed in this subject realizes several common functions of simulating face-lift,cutting double eyelids,and skin condition detection.Beauty seekers do not need to collect data on the spot,they can upload photos through the beauty seeker client.Doctors use the system to detect the 68 key points of the human face and the data of the skin state,and use the simulated surgical tools to perform the plastic surgery simulation process.The system provides great convenience for doctors and beauty seekers,and also provides data reference for doctors to formulate plastic surgery plans to improve the success rate of surgery.Finally,the system effectively solved the problem of complicated and difficult to manage huge data by establishing a cloud database.The main work of this article is as follows:1.Affine transformation: In this paper,the overall design of the simulated plastic surgery operation is carried out.The Dlib face detection technology is used to determine the 68 key point sets for calibrating the face features.On this basis,the image is affine transformed.In the process of image transformation,some of the key problems are discussed.By layering the image,optimizing the filling algorithm,determining the positioning point and offset,bilinear interpolation,and selecting the grid-based deformation method to solve the existing problems.Finally,the process of simulating plastic surgery is realized.2.Plastic surgery simulation system: A plastic surgery simulation system based on QT5.The system is mainly divided into double eyelid,face-lift,and skin detection.Three current mainstream surgical plastic surgery simulation functions.The doctor uses the system function to edit the image uploaded by the beautician to realize the scene of simulating plastic surgery.For the effected picture after the operation,the doctor can directly feed back to the beauty seeker through the system.3.Beauty Seeker Client: A beauty seeker client based on WeChat applet.The beauty seeker can upload his own photos to the cloud through the client,and can obtain the effecedt picture feedbacd from the cloud.Through the client,the beauty seeker and the doctor can fully communicate online,effectively improving the success rate and efficiency of plastic surgery.Through the research of this paper,a set of simulation plastic system withinformation interaction and data management is finally realized.Provide doctors with a set of visual simulation surgery tools to provide effective reference data for plastic surgery.Build an information interaction channel between the beautician and the doctor to provide convenience for the beautician to collect data online.By designing the external interface of the system,it provides conditions for future platform access.After experimental verification,the simulated surgical tool of this system can better restore the plastic surgery scene.
