The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Adenomyosis Dysmenorrhea

Objective:Through giving acupuncture treatment to dysmenorrhea patients of blood stasis type of adenomyosis,evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in relieving dysmenorrhea and TCM symptoms,so as to provide a new path for the effective treatment of blood stasis type adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.Methods:From October 2018 to December 2019,30 patients diagnostic criteria of blood stasis with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were given fixed acupoints with acupuncture treatment,3 times a week,30 minutes every time,avoiding menstruation,continuous treatment for 3months;Compare the TCM symptom score before and after treatment,VAS score,dysmenorrhea score and serum CA125 level,and comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of blood stasis type adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.Results:1.After continuous treatment for 3 months of blood stasis type adenomyosis dysmenorrhea,the total effective rate of TCM symptom was73.33%,of which none patient was cured,accounting for 0% of the total number;8 patients were markedly effective,accounting for 26.67%;14 patients were effective,accounting for 46.67%;8 patients were ineffective,accounting for 26.67%,and the TCM symptom scores and single scores decreased significantly,and there was a significant difference in the total scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment.(P< 0.01).2.After continuous treatment for 3 months of blood stasis type adenomyosis dysmenorrhea,VAS score and dysmenorrhea score decreased significantly,and the difference before and after treatment was extremely significant(P< 0.01),the total effective rate of dysmenorrhea was 86.67%.3.After continuous treatment for 3 months of blood stasis type adenomyosis dysmenorrhea,serum CA125 level decreased significantly,andthe difference before and after treatment was extremely significant(P <0.01).4.After continuous treatment for 3 months of blood stasis type adenomyosis dysmenorrhea,according to the statistical analysis,the correlation coefficient between VAS score and TCM symptom scores of blood stasis type is r > 0,P < 0.01.It is indicated that the severity of dysmenorrhea is positively correlated with TCM symptom scores of blood stasis type.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of blood stasis type adenomyosis dysmenorrhea,especially in dysmenorrhea;2.Acupuncture treatment can effectively reduce the serum CA125 level of blood stasis type adenomyosis dysmenorrhea;3.The severity of dysmenorrhea in adenomyosis is positively correlated with TCM syndrome scores of blood stasis type.
