Therapeutic Effect Of Electronic Needle Twister On Insomnia After Liver Depression And Fire Type Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electronic needle twister combined with conventional acupuncture on insomnia after stroke based on the type of liver depression forming fireMethods:Sixty-two patients with insomnia after liver stagnation and fire type stroke were randomly divided into two groups,The two groups were selected as Baihui(GV20),Ningshen of scalp acupoint.We chose Fengchi(GB20),Xingjian(LR2),Taichong(lr3),Shenmen(HT7),and Anmian(EX-HN22)of the affected limb as body acupoint..The control group was treated with acupuncture alone.On the basis of acupuncture alone,the treatment group was treated with when it comes to the therapy group,we used the method of acupuncture combined with the electronic needle twister.We chose baihui and ningshen to twist The twisting frequency was 200 rpm and the duration was 3 minutes The changes of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Table 7(PSQI)score and the NIHSS scale score before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical effects of the two groups were comparedResults:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and disease duration between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The comparison of PSQI scores in the treatment group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);The comparison of PSQI scores in the control group before and after treatment were very significant(P<0.01);The comparison of the NIHSS scale scores in the two groups before and after treatment was very significant(P<0.01);The PSQI scores between the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05);The comparison between the two groups of NIHSS scale scores after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)3.After the treatment period,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The total effective rate of the acupuncture combined with the electronic needle twister group was 85.7%,and the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 77.1%..Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with electronic needle twister and simple acupuncture can effectively treat insomnia after stroke,which is beneficial to the recovery of physical dysfunction and emotional stability after stroke2.In the assessment of insomnia and neurological deficits and repair of patients with PSQI scale and NIHSS scale,acupuncture combined with electronic needle twister is significantly better than acupuncture alone.
