Clinical Observation Of Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined With Enalapril Maleate In The Treatment Of H Type Hypertension(Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity)

Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms,resting blood pressure,fasting blood homocysteine(Hcy)levels of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets in patients with type H hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity),TCM Syndrome Points and Quality of Life.Evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with enalapril maleate on H-type hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity)in order to provide treatment for H-type hypertension New clinical ideas and references..Methods:This study selected patients with H-type hypertension who met the inclusion criteria from the cardiovascular outpatients of the First Affiliated Hos Pital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.For example,the random number table method was used to divide 20 cases into the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group.Lipoic acid tablets,both groups were given lifestyle interventions,taking the drug continuously for 4 weeks,and observing the clinical symptoms,resting blood pressure,homocysteine(Hcy),TCM syndrome score,and quality of life Indicators,using SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.Result:1.General data comparison: The differences between the two groups of patients in terms of gender,age,course of disease,BMI,and baseline blood pressure were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The two groups of patients in this experiment were comparable.2.Comparison of curative effect of blood pressure: After the end of the treatment period,the SBP and DBP of the two groups were significantly decreased.Among them,the SBP and DBP of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure was 90.00% in the treatment group and75.00% in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of serum homocysteine: Before treatment,the difference between serum homocysteine in the treatment group and the control groupwas not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the treatment course,homocysteine in both groups was equal.Significantly decreased(P<0.05),in which serum homocysteine was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: Before treatment,the differences in TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the treatment course,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.05).Among them,patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of vertigo,headache,rotation of vision,tinnitus,palpitations,upset and forgetfulness,insomnia,dreams,and waist and knee weakness(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 95.00%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 80.00%(P<0.05).5.Quality of life comparison: Before treatment,the difference in quality of life scores between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the treatment course,the quality of life scores of the two groups of Patients were significantly improved(P<0.05),of which The quality of life scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with enalapril maleate can reduce the resting blood Pressure in Patients with H-type hypertension(yin deficiency-yang hyperactivity)and is better than western medicine treatment alone,which is more conducive to blood pressure control.2.Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with enalapril maleate can reduce serum homocysteine levels in patients with H-type hypertension(yin deficiency-yang hyperactivity)and is superior to the single western medicine treatment.3.Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with enalapril maleate folic acidtablets can reduce TCM syndrome scores of patients with H-type hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity)and is superior to western medicine treatment alone,thus accelerating the improvement of patients’ clinical symptoms.4.Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets can improve the total quality of life scores of patients with H-type hypertension(yin deficiency-yang hyperactivity)and is better than western medicine treatment alone,significantly improving the daily living standard of patients.
