| Objective:The study concentrate on providing a more effective method for the treatment of facial paralysis,and mainly through the observation and research of two different methods of acupuncture.Methods:The 60 cases in this study include outpatients and inpatients from the fifth acupuncture department in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.Patients were divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Long Needle pulling and pishing method in the basis of ordinary acupuncture,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.There were 6 courses of treatment,including 6 days of continuous acupuncture,1 day of rest.Result:1.Comparison of general datas between the two groupsAccording to the analysis based on statistical data,indicating the two different groups are comparable.1.Comparison of the scores of Toronto systemBy statistical t-test,the static and dynamic scores of Toronto in the two groups before treatment were all more than 0.05,indicating that there is no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment,which was comparable.After two courses of treatment(P=0.618>0.05),the dynamic score comparison(P=0.642>0.05);after six courses of treatment,the static score comparison(P=0.011<0.05),the dynamic score comparison(P=0.012<0.05)explaining that the effect of Awn Needlee group is obviuosly more excellent than the other.3..Comparison of H-B grades between the two groups before and after treatment Before treatment,the two groups have no statistical significance(P = 0.583 > 0.05).But there has significant significance after two different therapy(P = 0.000 < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both two different acupuncture methods are beneficial to the rehabilitation of peripheral facial paralysis;2.By analyzing the scores of the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,the curative effect of the treatment group is more significant and rapid. |
