| Research objectives:This experiment through Halliwick water + routine rehabilitation therapy and routine rehabilitation therapy only two kinds of method,type of pre-school spasm cerebral palsy(spastic cerebral palsy,SCP)in children with 12-week intervention,respectively from the muscle tension,joint mobility and a gait from several aspects,to assess the Halliwick water + routine rehabilitation therapy and only two methods for regular rehabilitation treatment,differences of preschool children with SCP therapeutic effect,so as to provide more effective for preschool children with SCP method of rehabilitation treatment.Research methods:Preschool children with SCP were recruited from the rehabilitation department of jinan children’s hospital,and 25 children aged 3-6 years old who met the diagnostic criteria of SCP in China’s medical practice for rehabilitation were included in the experiment.All subjects were randomly divided into the water rehabilitation group(12)and the conventional rehabilitation group(13)for a total of 12 weeks of intervention.The water rehabilitation group performed Halliwick water rehabilitation + routine rehabilitation with the assistance of professional therapists.The routine rehabilitation group received only routine rehabilitation with the assistance of a professional therapist.The water rehabilitation group received routine rehabilitation treatment in the morning from Monday to Friday,and water rehabilitation treatment in the afternoon.The routine rehabilitation group received routine rehabilitation treatment all day from Monday to Friday,and the total treatment time of the two groups was equal.The first test was completed within a week before the experimental intervention,and the second test was completed within a week after the experimental intervention.The main observation indicators were gastrocnemius muscle tension,Angle of popliteal fossa of lower limbs,Angle of dorsiflexion of foot,Angle of adductor Angle and plantar contact area.Research results:After the end of the experiment,the comparison of results in the water rehabilitation group before and after the intervention showed that there were significant differences in gastrocnemius muscle tone,leg popliteal Angle,foot dorsiflexion Angle,Angle of adductor Angle and plantar contact area(P<0.05).Comparison of results before and after intervention in the conventional rehabilitation group showed that there were significant differences in gastrocnemius muscle tone,leg popliteal Angle,foot dorsiflexion Angle,adductor Angle and plantar contact area(P<0.05).After the end of the experiment,the comparison between the two groups of the water rehabilitation group and the conventional rehabilitation group showed that there was no significant difference in the gastrocnemius muscle tone,leg popliteal Angle,foot dorsiflexion Angle,adductor Angle and plantar contact area(P>0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Halliwick water rehabilitation treatment has a good effect on improving the gastrocnemius muscle tension,the range of motion of the lower limbs and the pointed gait of preschool children with SCP.(2)conventional rehabilitation therapy is also effective in improving the gastrocnemius muscle tension,the range of motion of the lower limbs and the pointed gait of preschool children with SCP.(3)there was no significant difference in the intervention effect between the water rehabilitation group and the conventional rehabilitation group.Therefore,Halliwick water rehabilitation and routine rehabilitation have good therapeutic effects on improving muscle tension,joint range of motion and pointed foot gait in preschool children with SCP.Therefore,Halliwick water rehabilitation can be used as a new treatment method in the clinical rehabilitation of preschool children with SCP,just like conventional rehabilitation. |
