Objective: To explore the influencing factors of long-term prognosis of patients with mild acute ischemic stroke(AIS)receiving rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis. Methods: The general condition and clinical data of patients with mild AIS who were admitted to the Department of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from August 2017 to November 2019 and received rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy were retrospectively collected.(MRS)score divides patients into good prognosis groups(m RS≤2 points)and poor prognosis groups(m RS > 2 points).Univariate and multivariate analysis is performed on the general conditions and clinical data of the two groups to explore patients with mild stroke Factors related to poor longterm prognosis of rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis. Results: 1.A total of 121 patients with mild AIS intravenous thrombolysis were included in this study,of which 75 patients had good prognosis(61.9%),and 46 patients had poor prognosis, accounting for 38.1%.2.A univariate analysis of the good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group of light AIS showed that the onset to treatment time(OTT),history of diabetes, cardiac embolism, white blood cell count, and blood glucose level variables had differences between the two groups Statistical significance(P <0.05).3.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of the two groups of data showed that diabetes(OR = 1.235,95% CI: 1.122 ~ 1.359,P <0.05),cardiac embolism(OR = 0.598,95% CI: 0.393 ~ 0.911,P <0.05)and white blood cell count(OR = 1.487,95% CI: 1.217 ~ 1.818,P <0.05)were independent factors influencing the long-term prognosis of mild AIS intravenous thrombolysis. Conclusion: 1.Leukocyte count and history of diabetes are independent risk factors for the long-term prognosis of mild AIS intravenous thrombolysis. In clinical practice, for light patients with high white blood cells and previous history of diabetes, intravenous thrombolysis should be carefully selected.2.Cardiogenic embolism is an independent protective factor for the long-term prognosis of mild AIS intravenous thrombolysis. In clinical practice,rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy can be actively considered for patients with mild AIS whose TOAST classification is cardioembolic Prognosis.
