| Objective: To explore the clinical significance of TLR2、IL-10 mRNA and CD1 α in vulvar lichen sclerosus(VLS).Method: The CD1 α positive cells were examined with S-P immunohistochemistry, and the expression of TLR2 and IL-10 mRNA were detected through RT-PCR method in the lesions of 30 vulvar lichen sclerosus(25 early;25 advanced, respectively). The vulvar skins from 15 healthy individuals were selected as the control.Result: The CD1α positive cells in advanced VLS was significantly higher than that in healthy vulvar skin(P<0.05).The expression of TLR2 mRNA in advanced VLS was significantly higher than that in healthy vulvar skin(P<0.05),and so did IL-10 mRNA(P<0.05).No significant difference between early VLS and healthy vulvar skin(P>0.05).Conclusion: The increased TLR2,IL-10 mRNA and dendritic cells in advanced VLS indicates the immunosuppression enhancement in local tissues. |
