Correlation Analysis Of Sleep Quality And Life Quality In Asthmatic Patients

Objective: To explore the correlation between sleep quality and life quality in patients with asthma.Methods: 1.First of all,we selected the asthma patients who had been hospitalized in the respiratory department of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University.The time span was from August 2016 to August 2019.After exclusion,a total of 200 cases were selected as the research objects,and their general conditions were preliminarily collected.2.We need to further evaluate and quantify the sleep quality and quality of life of the selected subjects,so we use Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire(PSQI)and health status questionnaire SF-36 to investigate the patients.3.Collect and sort out the results of the questionnaire,score each result scientifically,and finally use spss19.0 software to analyze the correlation of the results.Results: 1.The scores of SF-36,PCs and MCs were correlated with the scores of PSQI.The results showed that except for re and daytime dysfunction,the scores of other groups were negatively correlated(P < 0.05).2.The scores of PCs and mental health in SF-36 were compared Part(total score of MCS)was taken as the dependent variable,and each factor score and total score of PSQI were taken as the independent variable to carry out multiple regression analysis.The results showed that the total score of PSQI(P < 0.01)and sleep quality(P < 0.01)had significant predictive effect on PCs score,and the total score of PSQI(P < 0.01)had significant predictive effect on MCS score.Conclusion: the results show that there is a positive correlation between the quality of sleep and the quality of life in asthmatic patients.
