| Objective:This experiment is to find a suitable treatment for patients with aphasia after clinical stroke, and to explore transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the rehabilitation of aphasia patients after stroke Comparison of the effects,to explore which method may be more suitable for clinical rehabilitation applications of aphasia. Methods:Thirty patients with aphasia after stroke were studied in this experiment. The tDCS,rTMS technology and conventional language therapy were used as the treatment methods. The Western Aphasia Battery(WAB)score and functional independence rating scale(Functional(Independence,Measure, and FIM)was used as the assessment method. Before the experiment, each patient was tested with the WAB scale and FIM scale.30 patients were randomly divided into three groups: t DCS group,rTMS group, and conventional language therapy group.tDCS therapy,rTMS group received rTMS therapy, conventional language therapy group received conventional language therapy, each group was treated 5 days a week for 2 weeks, and each patient was treated again after the experiment.Test and record, statistics and analysis. Results:Patients in the rTMS group improved aphasia index, listening comprehension,FIM(comprehension)and FIM(expression)compared with before treatment.Patients in the tDCS group improved aphasia index, listening comprehension, and FIM(expression)compared with before treatment. The index is better than before treatment, and when comparing the three groups in pairs, the rTMS group is better than the tDCS group and the conventional language therapy group in terms of aphasia index, listening comprehension and FIM(expression). The tDCS group is superior in aphasia index treatment. In the conventional speech therapy group. Conclusion: rTMS,tDCS,and conventional speech rehabilitation can all improve language function in patients with aphasia after stroke.rTMS treatment was better than t DCS and conventional treatment group, and tDCS group was better than conventional treatment group. |
