Objectives To investigate the relationship between the expression of RASSF1A and WT-1 protein and recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods Patients with pathologically confirmed epithelial ovarian cancer who were diagnosed in the obstetrics and gynaecology ward of the North China University ofTechnology from January 2013 to December 2018 were collected. Those who had not undergone surgical treatment and those who were lost to follow-up were excluded and divided into relapse groups and non-relapse group.Patient informed consent and ethics committee approval.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of RAS homologous family 1A(RASSF1A)and Wilms’ tumor 1(WT-1)in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues, and to analyze the two proteins and recurrent epithelial The relationship of ovarian cancer. The normal distribution of measurement data is expressed as "mean ±standard deviation",and the t-test is used to compare the mean between groups.Non-normally distributed measurement data is expressed as "median(interquartile range)",and non-parametric tests are used to compare the median between groups.Counting data is used to calculate the percentage rate. The chi-square test is used to compare the rates between groups.Fisher’ s exact probability method is used if the chi-square test conditions are not met.Multivariate analysis uses a binary multifactor logistic regression model.Kappa test was used to analyze the consistency between groups,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results 1 Analysis of the relationship between RASSF1A and WT-1 protein expression and recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer found that the positive expression rate of RASSF1A protein in the relapse group was lower than that in the non-relapse group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),patients with RASSF1A positive epithelial ovarian cancer have a recurrence risk of 0.239 times that of RASSF1A negative expression;the positive expression rate of WT-1 protein in the relapse group was higher than that in the non-relapse group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the risk of recurrence of patients with WT-1 positive epithelial ovarian cancer was 3.852 times that of WT-1 negative expression;the relationship between the expression of RASSF1A and WT-1 protein and recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer was statistically significant(P<0.05),which was related to relapse.2 Analysis of the relationship between RASSF1A and WT-1 protein expression and clinicopathological features of recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer found,in the relapse group, the positive expression rate of RASSF1A protein in serous carcinoma was lower than that of other pathological types, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the positive expression rate in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ was higher than that in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression was lower in the low-medium differentiation than the high differentiation, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression rate in the R1 group was low in the>R1 group, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the positive expression rate in ascites was lower than that without ascites, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of patients with lymph node metastasis was lower than that without metastasis, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the recurrence time of RASSF1A protein positive expression was shorter than that of negative expression, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).In the relapse group, the positive expression rate of WT-1 protein in serous carcinoma was higher than other pathological types, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression rate in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱwas lower than that in Ⅲ-Ⅳ,in the period, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression rate in the low-medium differentiation was higher than that in the high-differentiation group, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in the R1 group, the positive expression rate was lower than the>R1 group, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the positive expression rate in the ascites was higher than that without the ascites, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression rate in patients with lymph node metastasis is higher than that without lymph node metastasis, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence time of WT-1 protein positive expression is longer than negative expression, the two groups There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).3 The analysis of the relationship between the expression of RASSF1A and WT-1 protein and the recurrence of platinum-sensitive/platinum resistance found that the positive expression rate of RASSF1A protein in the platinum-sensitive group was lower than that in the platinum-resistant group(P>0.05);the positive expression rate of WT-1 protein in platinum-sensitive group is higher than that of platinum-resistant group, there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the positive expression of RASSF1A and WT-1 protein is platinum sensitive/Pt resistance recurrence has no statistical significance(P>0.05),and has nothing to do with platinum resistance recurrence. Conclusions 1 In recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer, the positive expression of WT-1 is significantly increased, and the positive expression of RASSF1A is significantly reduced.2 In recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer,RASSF1A is related to clinical stage, histological differentiation, and ascites.WT-1 expression is related to pathological type, clinical stage, ascites and lymph node metastasis.3 Thoroughness of surgery is associated with recurrence of platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian cancer.4 This topic has not found that the expression of RASSF1A and WT-1 is related to the recurrence of platinum-resistant.Figure 2;Table
