Clinical Study On Strengthening Spleen And Removing Turbidity In Treating Patients With Hyperuricemia And Insulin Resistance(Phlegm Dampness And Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: Observe the clinical effect of strengthening spleen and removing turbidity on patients with hyperuricemia and insulin resistance(phlegm dampness and stasis syndrome),to analyze the effectiveness and safety of the method of strengthening spleen and removing turbidity in the treatment of patients with hyperuricemia with insulin resistance(phlegm dampness and stasis syndrome).Methods:82 patients with hyperuricemia with insulin resistance(phlegm dampness and stasis syndrome)were included.On the basis of regular dietary exercise control,and alkaline urine,etc.,Randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to 1:1,each contains 41 cases.The experimental group was given strengthening spleen and removing turbidity combined with western medicine(febuxostat),and the control group was given pure western medicine(febuxostat).After 12 weeks of treatment,the differences in general indicators,efficacy indicators,and safety indicators before and after treatment in the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Result:1.Both groups can lower SUA levels in patients(P<0.05),and Jianpi Huazhuo Decoction combined with febuxostat was superior to pure febuxostat in reducing SUA(P<0.05).2.After treatment with strengthening spleen and removing turbidity,FINS and HOMA-IR decreased,and ISI level increased.Compared with the oral western medicine group,the effect was obvious(P<0.05).3.In terms of improving blood lipids,the TC,TG,and LDL-C levels were lower in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).4.The experimental group was more effective in reducing weight,BMI,and waist circumference than the control group(P<0.05).5.The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 84.62%,the effective rate of lowering SUA was 87.18%,and the effective rate of improving insulin resistance was 61.54%,which was statistically different from the controlgroup(P<0.05).6.Safety evaluation: The safety indicators of the two groups before and after treatment were within the normal range,and no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients.Conclusion: 1.The method of strengthening the spleen and removing turbidity combined with febuxostat has a clear effect in treating patients with hyperuricemia and insulin resistance.2.The method of strengthening the spleen and removing turbidity can improve the symptoms and signs of patients with hyperuricemia and insulin resistance,this is of great significance to give play to the advantages of TCM in the treatment of metabolic diseases.3.The method of strengthening the spleen and removing turbidity is safe in treating patients with hyperuricemia and insulin resistance,and no adverse reactions occurred.
