Study Of Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome Elements In Patients With Hypomenorrhea And Ralated Analysis

[Objective]To explore characteristics of TCM clinical syndromes and distribution of syndrome elements in hypomenorrhea,for providing tentative research ideas for the availability of standard and quantifiable forms of syndrome differentiation of gynecological diseases,aiming at providing reference for the standardized syndrome differentiation of hypomenorrhea.[Methods]All of the research cases were collected from the gynaecological clinic of the affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019.A total of 100 patients have been included.The data of four diagnostic methods information of patients conformed to the diagnosis criteria and general demographic information were analyzed by using the SPSS23.0 system.The frequency analysis method was used to analyze the four diagnostic methods information of hypomenorrhea.The factor analysis method was used to reduce the dimensionality of four diagnostic methods information of hypomenorrhea for obtaining syndrome elements.Then characteristics of TCM clinical syndromes and distribution of syndrome elements in hypomenorrhea were been analyzed combined with professional knowledge.[Results]1.General information: The average age of 100 patients with hypomenorrhea was 31.52±5.629 years,and the proportion of cases aged from 30 to 40 ages was the largest,accounting for 63%.The course of disease of 24 cases(24%)was within one year,and which of 76 cases(76%)was over one year.The frequency of intrauterine operation in patients with hypomenorrhea ranged from 0 to 7,with an average of 1.63±1.568 times.The frequency of miscarriages ranged from 0 to 6,with an average of 1.33±1.303.The menstrual period of 3 to 5 days was distributed in 38 patients(38%),and the menstrual period of 5 to 7 days was distributed in 37 patients(37%).Reduction degree of menstrual volume in 43 cases(43%)was 1/3,which of 35 cases(35%)was 1/2.2.Distribution characteristics of four diagnostic methods information: the high frequency information as followed: weak pulse,blood clots in menstruation,distending pain or scurrying pain,lumbago,lassitude,irritability,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,greasy coating,dysmenorrhea,dark red tongue,deep pulse,delayed menstruation,pale tongue,dark and purple menstrual color,slippery pulse,pain in the lower abdomen,wiry pulse,muscular soreness of the body,insomnia,cold limbs,thirst.3.Characteristics of syndrome distribution: common syndromes of hypomenorrhea as followed: deficiency of kidney Yin syndrome,spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome,deficiency of spleen-kidney Yang syndrome,Yang deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,deficiency of heart-spleen syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,depression of the liver generates pathogenic fire syndrome and kidney deficiency and dampness-stasis syndrome.4.Characteristics of syndrome elements distribution: elements of disease’s location involved uterus,kidney,liver,spleen and heart.Elements of nature of disease involved blood stasis,stagnation of qi,deficiency of qi,dampness,deficiency of Yang,deficiency of essence,cold,heat,deficiency of Yin,deficiency of blood and phlegm.5.To analyze the elements of nature and locations of disease from the aspect of age,course of the disease,insomnia,emotion,frequency of intrauterine operation and miscarriages respectively,we found that there was no statistical difference of comparing nature of disease among different age groups(P>0.05),and there were no statistical difference of comparing nature and locations of disease among different courses of the disease,condition of emotion and frequencies of intrauterine operation(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference of comparing locations of disease among different frequencies of miscarriages(P>0.05).In patients with hypomenorrhea: there were statistically significant differences between age with the distribution of element of kidney,frequency of miscarriages with the distribution of deficiency of essence,and insomnia with the distribution of element of deficiency of blood and heart(P<0.05).【Conclusions】1.Elements of disease’s location of hypomenorrhea involved uterus,kidney,liver,spleen and heart.Elements of nature of disease of hypomenorrhea involved blood stasis,stagnation of qi,deficiency of qi,dampness,deficiency of Yang,deficiency of essence,cold,heat,deficiency of Yin,deficiency of blood and phlegm.2.Hypomenorrhea mainly showed syndrome of deficiency and intermingled deficiency and excess,but the syndrome of excess accounted for a larger proportion.Endometrium in the mid-luteal phase belonging to the syndrome of deficiency was thinner than that belonging to the syndrome of excess.3.In patients with hypomenorrhea: age was related to element of kidney,frequency of miscarriages was related to element of deficiency of essence,and insomnia was related to element of deficiency of blood and heart.
